I took my kids and myself to this practice a few months ago. My kids went first and reported no issues (they don't complain, though). Then, I went back with my adult daughter, who has special needs (disclosed by me on their paperwork and verbally). After our side-by-side appointments I found out from my daughter that she was sobbing in pain- tears running down her face- the whole time and the hygienist didn't stop, adjust, ask what was wrong or do anything to make her comfortable, stop causing pain, or even determine why she was crying. Do not take vulnerable people to this practice unless you can stay by their side, watch, and advocate the entire time, because they will not automatically give compassionate care- even when disclosures are made and when there are very clear signs of distress. Unacceptable. I'll be filing a complaint with the appropriate oversight authorities, as well.

I am so thankful for Dr. Kim. I have now eliminated my fear of the dentist. I have several auto immune disorders which causes me to feel more pain than others. All my life I've been told I'm numb when I can still feel it and for that, I e avoided the dentist like the plague. I had a bad tooth that needed extracted so I made an appointment with Dr. Kim. He was so patient and listened to my concerns. He took his time and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I can't believe I have no more fear of dental work. Amazing.

I was SO thankful after my visit. I wish I knew the Doctor's name to recognize him, but he was SO great! He was kind, caring and explained everything thoroughly. As he worked he was gentle, and caring as well. I was so impressed with not just the doctor, but also the rest of the staff. Felt welcomed and comfortable from the very first phone call. Will definitely be returning and would suggest them to anyone!

Friendly staff and they got me in as a new patient the day I called and had me reschedule for work within3 days. Called a couple weeks later with pain and they got me in the same day again no waiting.

This dentist almost took my life, after removing wisdom tooth, sending me home without any antibiotics, like he was supposed too. At home I start slowly swelling up with the worst pain ever. Next day more, than the swelling start going up to my brain and down to neck, the pain was crazy, no pain medication was helping me.... On Saturday evening I ended up in emergency room in federal way, they took a scan found out I start getting infection in two places. They took pictures of my face at the emergency, to show this dentist how bad I looked. Send me at midnight to Seattle Harbor view. Where an oral surgeon had to cut and clean and drain everything. The pan was unbelievable already. It was the worst weekends, all because of unprofessional dentist!!! I came home with whole bunch of medication to treat my wounds. Stay safe, find a good dentist. Or you can loose your life with the one like at this company. Who treats you in three seconds and tells you to go home. Just to collect money from the insurance. And you end up in emergency over the weekends!!!! Because no one in their company is even on call. I would want this dentist not working any longer. He needs to mop floors. Stay safe.

Great dentist ! Today was the first time I came. I literally made my appointment yesterday morning. I explained my situation and they had availability for the next day. I had a general cleaning and X-rays done. The dentist assistant and dentist were amazing. I loved my experience.

I came in yesterday to get a tooth pulled and that was all. Dr. Kim said I also had a root that needed to come out from a previous lost molar from years ago. It never bothered me but I agreed and let him do his job. This would be my 2nd time here at this dentist. My 1st visit was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable so that's why I decided to come back. I've had terrible experiences at other places. This visit at everlast has to be the most traumatizing experiences I've ever had In my life. I left crying in tears because it was so bad. Not because I was in pain. It was because of how Dr. Kim handled the whole procedure. In the middle of the procedure I closed my eyes because he seemed to have no remorse and just started using his tools in my mouth banging the top of my lip and my top teeth with this metal tool, he even sliced the bottom of my tongue making it swollen and bloody. Today I can barely talk, eat anything soft or even take my meds. My tongue is so swollen and my lip has a big gash in it. Sad, that not even my extraction are what bothers me after a procedure like this. What's painful is the carelessness of Dr. Kim's work. No apology, no explanation. I understand that not every tooth extraction can be easy for a dentist. But during the process he should talk through things with the patient and at least let them feel like their in good hands. Don't wait for them to leave and then write a review like this just to find out you messed up.

I've gone here twice now and I love it they are extremely friendly and the wait times are reasonable I don't remember the drs name but she is the best that I have been too. My son is excited to start going here as well

Best dentist and dental staff I've been to in Washington since I e been here. I had 2 teeth pulled in under 20 minutes with 0 pain after the anesthetic was administered! Also, had several dentist refuse to pull the 2 teeth I needed done due to the complexity of the extraction, Everlast had no problem doing it the same day! Im so grateful for them. My new go to for anything dental related. If you hate going to the dentist like I use to, that'll change, thank me later.

I am extremely disappointed in this company. My husband required a root canal and they made him wait a month without prescribing antibiotics. After consulting other dentist and researching, I discovered that procedures for a root canal should be done within a week and antibiotics should be prescribed to prevent blood infection and that this is a serious matter. My husband had to call back multiple times just to get the dentist to give him antibiotics and only after the pain began to travel through his jaw into his head and neck did the dentist give him any consideration. (Edit in response: my husband NEVER ask for same day treatment. But he did ask for reasonable time and care to prevent a blood infection. This is not unreasonable.) In another event the dentist gave me a filling and damaged a neighboring tooth. When I returned to have it evaluated he "couldn't find a problem" and said "if I have pain that he can't find the reason for then we will just perform a root canal on the tooth." This is extremely unprofessional. You do not perform a root canal just because you don't know what is wrong. I was shocked and will not be returning to this company. PS. I posted a photo of a sign they have in their office. This sign said they will pay you for 5 star reviews! They deleted the photo I shared.. Beware this company is not legit.
