Dr. Pham is a Washington native, born and raised in Olympia. She attended the University of Washington earning a Bachelor of Science in Cellular and Molecular Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. Dr. Pham completed her dental degree at the University of Southern California. She pursued her passion for pediatric dentistry and continued a two-year residency program at the University of Southern California and Childrens Hospital of Los Angeles (CHLA). Dr. Pham is very excited to be back in the Pacific Northwest to serve her community.
She is committed to providing the highest quality and compassionate care to all infants, children and adolescents. She looks forward to meeting and building relationships with her patients and their families.
Dr. Pham is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Washington State Dental Associations, American Dental Association, and is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Todoki is from Honolulu, Hawaii and grew up on the island of Oahu. She attended college at the University of Southern California, where she double majored in Biology and East Asian Languages and Cultures. She moved to the Midwest to attend dental school at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. After earning her dental degree, she moved to Seattle to pursue her childhood dream of becoming an orthodontist. She completed her orthodontic training at the University of Washington and earned her Masters of Science in Dentistry.
Dr. Todoki loves being an orthodontist and wants to provide people in her community with the highest quality of care while creating a positive experience for everyone. She is very passionate and strives to create beautiful smiles and lasting relationships with her patients and their families.

Dr. Phang is a wonderful professional, she is knowledgeable & kind. She is updated and treat kids kindly. I would recommend her and her staff !! They know what they do! Thanks for your work.

Dr. Pham is absolutely great, very thorough & attentive. Actually followed from her previous office in Lakewood where she was an in-network Tricare/United Concordia provider. New office space & hygienist staff are excellent, the billing/front desk though is where we had an issue with: contacted office beforehand to inquire whether Dr. Pham was an in-network Tricare Dental/United Concordia provider upon setting the appointment for our child & was confirmed insurance was accepted - only to have a bill forwarded to our address with a balance + late fee added as well, no billing cpt codes provided, just billed office procedures listed - nothing mentioned that these were charges due to their being contracted as on out-of-network provider. Dr. Pham is again a fantastic pediatrician dentist but we will not be returning in the future due to front office's lack of transparency.

Dr.Pham and her team are incredible! My son has been going there for 4 years and each visit has been phenomenal. They are so patient, kind and understanding. I've recommended this clinic to several friends and family members. If you're looking for a place to take your kids for all their dental needs, Evergrins is it!

I have five kids whose dental care I trust with EverGrins! Dr. Pham is knowledgeable, patient and kind. The hygienists and dental assistants are also fabulous, and the office staff equally so. We have been patients here since the office opened, and I'm so thankful I will have compassionate dental care for my kids throughout their childhood. My kids never dread the dentist! One of my daughters is just finishing up orthodontic treatment with Dr. Todoki and her team too. Her underbite was corrected relatively seamlessly, and we are again thankful for the knowledge of the doctor and kindness of the staff.

Dr. Pham and her team are phenomenal. They've made our experience so smooth during my daughter's first tooth extraction. My daughter was extremely nervous and frightened but by the end of the day she was smiling and laughing. She wasn't scared at all. Michelle was exceptionally understanding and worked her best to make us feel comfortable. It couldn't be any better. I'm forever thankful
