I totally agree with Penny B. receptionits are very very unpleasant as they are apethetic and careless about patient's situations. As for the doctor, once you sign the work order don't expect any explanation or get answers to questions. During consultation he thoughtfully explains the process and shows enthusiasm which is very misleading. He avoids eye contact and he tries his best not to stay with patient in the room so patients doesn't have time to ask anything. If he has no choice but to answer, he makes us feel we are nuisance. This is my first time leaving review for anything. Since I'm not a dentist it's absurd to critique his work, but as a paying patience, I leave this review. FYI, I paid nearly $30k in cash for my wife and 2 sons.

My time with Evergreen park dental was amazing. I felt like I was treated like family here. Dr Yoo, Grace and all the staff here were super kind and professional. 10/10 recommend if you are looking for treatment.

I had a great experience and great results with Dr Yoo after I moved to the area mid-treatment and needed to find a new orthodontist. Reception staff were also very friendly!

This place is a total scam. Had to go get my teeth taken care of properly elsewhere after wasting thousands of dollars and years of my time here. Moreover, Dr Yoo and staff can also be very rude and unwilling to admit fault, even when they are objectively failing to provide the treatment agreed upon. Strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Dr. Yoo and the staff were great. The office is always clean and welcoming. Dr. Yoo went out of his way to care for my daughter. He was very gentle, kind and knowledgeable. He has a straightforward manner and gave us the facts upfront so our family knew exactly how the treatment would go. I 100% trust Dr. Yoo to have his patients' best interests in mind.

My two kids received excellent Phase I and II orthodontic care from Dr. Jake and his team @ Evergreen Park Dental. Dr. Jake has a very easy-going demeanor with kids and importantly made the orthodontic changes to their bones and teeth in a very gentle manner such that my kids *never* experienced pain or discomfort as a result of adjustments. I am one of those parents with lots of questions, and Dr. Jake and his staff always patiently answered those questions and never seemed annoyed. Prices were fair and appointments were easy to slot. His check-up schedule is more frequent than most orthodontic offices which I think shows that he has a high degree of conscientiousness and care for his patients.

I am happy with treatment for my kids. Its clean and dentist is gentle with moving their teeth around and things. I'm giving two stars because of the receptionists. You can't expect any flexibility or understanding on scheduling appointments. Unpleasant

I just finished over a year of wearing braces and am very happy with the result. Dr. Yoo is fantastic. He carefully explained why I needed braces and why Invisalign was not a great option for me. He was professional throughout and Esther in the office is fantastic. Could not be happier!

My daughter had started orthodontic treatment at another location and had a terrible experience with the Dr. bouncing back and forth trying to treat 4-5 patients at the same time. It was a chaotic and stressful environment each time we went in for a visit. Luckily we decided to switch to Dr. Yoo at Evergreen Park Dental and were very happy with the results. Dr. Yoo only treats one patient at a time and is very thorough with his explanations. He is patient and allows you to ask as many questions as you need. His quality of work is amazing as well. Grace and Esther are great to work with as well. They are always friendly and accommodating when it comes to scheduling appointments and respond quickly when leaving messages or texting to reschedule. They are also very thorough and detailed when explaining how to care for your braces or appliances and willing to answer all of your questions.

Love this orthodontist, very detailed care and no pain, easy scheduling and always full updates on progress. We had the most advanced technology for our boys and excellent results. Highly recommended!

I found this place terrible and somewhat rude. Once you paid in full, all the appointments are rushed to get you out of door. There is no communication about progress/concerns at all. I wish I had trusted the negative reviews and stayed away from this terrible place. My result was not good either. On the bright side, I am glad I don't need to go back to this place anymore.
