Joe Kim, DDS Dr. Joe Kim grew up in Mill Creek, Washington, and feels fortunate to serve his hometown with his unique blend of gentle and individualized patient care. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Loma Linda University in California.
Dr. Kim is committed to continuing education and takes many advanced courses each year to enhance his skills in order to better serve the dental needs of his patients and to provide them with a gentle and comfortable dental experience.
Caitlyn Registered Dental Assistant and Office Manager Caitlyn spent her childhood in New Mexico and Texas and attended Odessa College in Texas on a full rodeo scholarship. An Evergreen Family Dental team member since April 2016, Caitlyn loves interacting with patients and getting to know them and their families. She enjoys the diversity each day brings, and theres always something new to learn. When Caitlyn isnt working, she loves going fishing, crabbing, working on projects around the house and spending time with her husband, their son Royce, and their two dogs, Budders and Lucy.
Morgan Registered Dental Assistant Morgan grew up in the Pacific Northwest and joined the Evergreen Family Dental team in February 2016. She loves getting to know the patients and working with Dr. Kim and her co-workers.Every day is a new experience, and she loves learning new techniques! In her free time, Morgan loves relaxing with family and friends and spending time with her dog, Peggy Sue, and her cat, Giggers.
Sierra Registered Dental Assistant Sierra grew up in the Pacific Northwest and has been with Evergreen Family Dental since July 2018. She has a bachelors degree in psychology and is studying to be a dental hygienist. In her free time, she likes to travel, play fantasy football, cook, bake and binge-watch Netflix with her husband, Francisco, and their boxer, Ace.
Najiba Registered Dental Hygienist Najiba joined Evergreen Family Dental in March 2004. She received her associate degree in science from North Seattle College and earned her dental hygiene degree in Sheridan, WY. She loves every aspect of her job. She also enjoys watching movies with her husband and two children, Iman and Arman, reading, sports, volunteering and being involved in her community church organization.
Melliza Registered Dental Hygienist Melliza joined our dental office in October 2018. She received her hygiene license at Lake Washington Institute of Technology in 2013 and furthered her education by obtaining her Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene with academic honors through Eastern Washington University in 2014. As a hygienist she finds the greatest joy in helping fearful patients realize dentistry doesnt have to be painful. She aims to make treatment as comfortable as possible.

Dr Kim and his staff are all exceptionally professional, polite and welcome you by name. Easy to make appointments and rarely more than a few minutes in the waiting area before you are taken in. The Dr is always very thorough and takes the time to explain things clearly. The assistants/hygienists are knowledgeable and they go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and relaxed. The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful with billing and insurance needs. I appreciate them all.

I have extreme difficulty with dental anxiety, but this team is so caring and efficient. I would trust them with anything! I've been going to them for about a year with some major work like a root canal, they made it as painless as possible!

I went in to get a root canal on one of my upper back molars. The assistant Hannah was super nice and helpful. Dr Kim was super gentle and speedy with the whole process. He stops to make sure you don't feel any pain and will give you more numbing stuff if you feel like you need it. Would definitely recommend Evergreen Family Dental!

Evergreen family dental makes me feel comfortable everyone checks in on your needs and does their best to make you feel at home when you visit the dentist. Dr.Kim works efficient and swift and the assistants Hannah, Heather and Morgan work great being patient advocates and have good bedside manner. This office makes things convenient and they do it all so you don't have to go place to place for all your different treatment.

This Dental office is honest in what treatment is and isn't needed. This place makes me feel informed and I request Hannah as my assistant because she always is so helpful and kind when doing my treatment with Dr.Kim. The location is very convenient to and close by my work to be able to get appointments during the work week.

This place has been great so far! It had been ages since I had been to a dentist, and I had just got new dental insurance at a new job. A filling had fallen out of one of my molars, which left a big hole and a throbbing pain. They were the first name on a list of dentists in my area that take my insurance, so I called them. I told them that I was in a lot of pain, and they got me in the same day! The woman at the front desk (I'm horrible at remembering names) was extremely charismatic and friendly. They were able to get me in the next day for a root canal, which was totally painless and professionally done. I'm going back tomorrow for the crown, and the whole thing was very reasonably priced (with insurance). This place has been excellent, and I'm happy to call them my dentist now. Looking forward to all my future dental work with them.

This office is fantastic! I have gone to several different offices due to location and Evergreen Family is the best out of all of them. Dr Kim cares about his patients and the customer service from the assistants are world class.

This place is amazing. Stephanie is cheerful and remembers everyone's name!. She greets you as soon as you enter. Dr Kim is great about squeezing you if if it's important. Staff is friendly and caring.

This office is located in the heart of downtown Mill Creek Town Center. There are several options for parking, elevator access to the office. I've been with Dr. Kim for a few years. He gets straight to it. Honest and has serviced me and my husband and we have always had a good experience. I recently started aligners and 4 months. The process has been very easy. My favorite thing about Dr. Kim is his staff. They are absolutely wonderful, kind, caring and patient folks.
