I was very disappointed to be turned away especially after having to take a day off work simply because I had not notified my insurance to add Dr.Lam as my dentist. I took care of this as soon a I left the establishment and that only took me 15 min to do, I had arrived 15 min early so I do not understand why that office would not allow me to take care of this then rather than having me reschedule. Also when my insurance Aetna called the office to request the office ID number apparently they did not know that and Aetna had to search for it, that also did not make sense to me.

Dr. Lam is a very kind and gentle dentist. Him and his staff are very nice and professional. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Generally, I am afraid of the dentist and hate going to the dentist. Dr. Lam was the first dentist I went to after 12 years due to dental phobia. Dr. Lam was very gentle and also very detailed oriented and he was able to explained the complications of my tooth in a short amount of time. He also followed up and check on you after your visit with him. Super nice doctor and the check in and new patient process was easy and fast. Another bonus is that he speaks Vietnamese so perfect if you have elders. I had refer my dad to go see him also to get treatment and my dad had became a long term patient there ever since. He also very honest and does not recommends any treatment he does not think you need. If you're in the DMV area and need a dentist, go to him. :)

Dr. Lam is by far the best dentist I have ever been to! When I first came to him 3-4 years ago, I had multiple dental issues including lingering cavities, multiple teeth that needed to be crowned, and crooked teeth. Over the course of my time working with him, he has corrected all of these issues including putting me on an Invisalign plan that helped make my teeth perfectly straight again. Additionally its worth mentioning the crowns that he gets made look EXACTLY like real teeth. Dr. Lam has made me feel confident again smiling and I am externally grateful for the service that he provides. Aside from the impeccable job he does as a dentist, him and his staff are very friendly and always accommodating. As long as Dr. Lam is in practice, I will never see another dentist again. If you are looking for a dentist that you can trust and come back to time and time again, look no further, Dr. Lam is your guy!

Highly recommended. Dr. Lam was very kind and gentle. He was able to identify the cause of my mom's toothache and address it in a timely manner. The office was clean and staff were all very friendly.

Dr. Lam is terrific. Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative... I immediately felt at ease - and felt confident in my receiving expert dental care. Very impressed with the overall experience. HIGHLY recommend.

l can say that Dr. Lam is the best dentist that l have ever visited in over 50 years of seeing dentists. He is gentle, kind, knowledgeable, does great work and doesn't pressure you. I felt at ease the first time that l visited him. He has done routine cleanings, fillings, and a crown for me. If you are looking for a dentist, call his office.

I found you again! I have been Dr. Lam's patient for years. I was so happy to finally find him again in his new practice. Dr. Lam is so patient and advanced in his field. The new office is so spic and span and ambiance very professional. Dr. Lam & all the Staff follows COVID-19 regulation and practices. I feel very safe visiting the new office.

My old dentist decided to retirement, so I need to change to a new dentist. I have sensitive teeth and require doing cleaning 4 times a year. It wasn't something I am looking forward to do each quarter. Dr.Lam has very gentle hands, I don't feel the pain I used to feel at other dentistry during teeth cleaning. He has the skills that made the dentist routine feels easy and painless. Highly recommended. The practice is small, so you better book ahead. First time appointment normally only includes a x-ray and checkup, so you have to set your expectation. Highly recommended!

Dr Lam is simply the most caring and dedicated dentist I've ever been to. He made going to the dentist so much pleasant and enjoyable. He always explains the procedure every step of the way, and makes sure my experience is as painless as possible. I'm so happy knowing that from now on my oral health will be very well taken care of! Highly recommend Dr. Lam to anyone who are looking for dental care!

Dr. Lam is the best dentist you could ever find. He always gives me enough time, goes over the treatment plan and options in details, and provides his honest opinion on which treatment is the most cost effective and good for me. He goes the extra miles to discuss the pros and cons and educate me on how to take care of my teeth. My husband is also a patient of his. We both highly recommend Dr. Lam.

Recently moved to Northern Virginia and needed to see a good dentist. From word of mouth, I found Evergreen Family Dental and the experience in my first visit to Dr. Lam exceeded my expectation. His professional skill is superb and advice is clear. I am glad to be able to have Dr. Lam take care of my dental hygiene from now on.

Dr Lam is the most honest dentist I came across. I go to him ever since he was working in reston. Gentle treatment and very effective and thorough. I would definitely recommend him and you'd see what I'm talking about for yourself!
