Dr. J as her patients fondly call her is the chief dentist at Evergreen Dentists. She is an active member of the San Jose Evergreen community, and the reason behind many of the beautiful smiles on the faces of local residents.
Dr. Peirong Guo D.D.S., MSc graduated from Dental College at New York University, New York in 1999 with her Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree. She spent the next year at UCSF Medical Center and the VA Hospital for her residency program. She is affiliated with the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the Santa Clara County Dental Association.
Dr. Chris is a San Jose native who graduated from Evergreen Valley High School. Thereafter, Mission College was his home for 2 years and soon after he transferred to San Jose State University. He started in the medical field at a very young age working as a dental assistant but ironically did not want to pursue dentistry during that time. His first passion revolved around the Star of Life, as a first responder EMT and a Fire Fighter advisor with the San Jose Fire Department
Dr. Ryan Le grew up here in San Jose, CA. He attended University of the Pacific in Stockton where he earned his B.S. and M.S. in biological sciences. He then moved on to attend and receive his dental degree from University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry.
Dr. Stephany Rivas is a native of San Jose and has been practicing dentistry for over seven years. She is very passionate about dentistry and is committed to providing her patients with quality care in the most comfortable setting.
Ms.Lydia has been with us for many years and wears many hats at Evergreen Dentists. Not only is she a dental assistanthelping the doctors chairside with dental procedures, taking X-rays, and sterilization-- she has proved to be an invaluable front office administrator. If you have questions about your dental insurance and financial billing, she is the person you want to talk to. Ms. Lydia is knowledgeable in dental insurance benefits and helps you get the most benefit from your insurance.
The multitalented Ms. Avila is also a statistical anomaly: she has two sets of fraternal twins at home, whom she loves to be with when shes not with us. When you have a chance, Lydia likes to share baking recipes, exchange hiking trail stories, and discuss local events.
After graduating as valedictorian of her high school in San Jose, Dr. Jacqueline Nguyen went on to complete her B.S. degree in Biological Sciences from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA. She received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree (D.D.S.) with high honors from the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, in San Francisco. Dr. J was one of the few to be selected for membership into both Tau Kappa Omega and Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor societies in addition to the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.
Dr. J is a member of the American Dental Society (ADA), the California Dental Society (CDA), and the Santa Clara County Dental Society. Dr. J stays up to date on the latest advancements in dentistry through continuing education to keep up with current technology, including Laser Dentistry and dental implants. She is Invisalign certified and offers her patients a clear alternative for straightened teeth. Dr. J enjoys smile reconstruction and cosmetic veneers to improve patients smiles and confidence. Dr. J also enjoys working with children and her patience shows as she spends time teaching children about their oral health and trying to alleviate their dental fears.
Dr. J understands that each patient is unique and has placed trust and confidence in her and her team at Evergreen Dentists. For that, she tries her best to get to know each patient, listen to their concerns and work with them to put together a treatment plan that will meet their needs and financial budget. She is passionate about helping patients improve their quality of oral health through open communication and education. Dr. J wants to help her patients achieve the most satisfaction in their dental care with the minimum anxiety possible.
In her spare time, Dr. J is active in her community. She and her staff volunteer their dental services at R.A.M. (Remote Area Medical) and at CDA Cares providing free dental care to the community. She also volunteers with Give Kids a Smile and does dental screenings at local schools. Dr. J is enthusiastic when it comes to working with children and enjoys talking with them and their parents about early childhood caries and prevention. She volunteers at local schools to help educate children about oral hygiene and tooth decay. Outside of dentistry, you will find her at local Evergreen PTA meetings and school events.

In the past few years Dr. Guo has pursued additional advanced training in Fastbraces orthodontics. Fastbraces is a revolutionary system of fast, safe, easy and affordable braces to straighten teeth in a shorten amount of time for both children and adults.

Been seeing Dr. J since I was 12 or 13, last I checked I was 34years young. She'll ease your nervousness/fears you have about going to see a dentist, which was the plus going to her office.

Always a great time at Evergreen Dentist ALL STAFF IS EXCEPTIONALLY friendly, very concerned with personal care of my entire family. Always attentive & consistent in reaching out to ensure we keep appointments. Thank you to EVERYONE at Evergreen dentist from reception (Lydia) to Dental team & hygienist assistants as well! & I just wanted to add that going there is like going to your hair dresser..lol.. You just feel so welcome & the staff just interacts with you and share stories and allows us to share as well while remaining professional at and mindful of time. Usually don't look forward to going to the dentist but I have an awesome experience there each and every time and they take the time to remember your family's names and personalities as well! Kudos and high five to everyone at Evergreen Dentist!!

My wife and I been going to Evergreen Dentists for over a decade. They have good dentists and staff who are friendly and get to know you over time. They go about their work professionally, efficiently, and on-time. Moreover, importantly, their treatment cost and co-pay estimates are accurate, and I never have to worry about that.

After my first visit at Evergreen Dentist, I opted to leave my previous dental office. I have since been there a couple of times, and now have my husband going there too. The staff has such great camaraderie. Dr. Jacqueline and her staff are wonderful!!! They make you feel so welcome, like you've been their patient forever. Both the dentist and the staff are very detailed in explaining procedures and insurance information. So glad I made the switch. Thank you Evergreen Dental!!!
