I almost took my mom to Texas for all-on-4 procedure. I was so happy that I called Dr. McCaslin's office. Lisa, the manager, was super helpful and got us scheduled next day even Dr. McCaslin was not in office. They were able to collect my mom's dental records and let him review when he was back from vacation. Things went smoothly. Dr. McCaslin and Dr. Miyamoto worked as a team for my mom's all-on-4 procedure. She had her upper and lower teeth all removed (~20). On the same day, she got her temporary teeth. Now she is one month post surgery. She is recovering well. Dr. McCaslin is very professional and experienced. I can't wait to see her final zirconia teeth. I will update this review after this whole process is completed. At this point, I have all good things to say about this process. I highly recommend Dr. McCaslin and his office. All the staff are kind, caring, and thoughtful. Lisa is definitely the super star there. If it was not her high work efficiency, I would missed this great place. Thank you very much.

All the staff were friendly and professional. The office is very clean and up to date. They were willing to explore options instead and explained future steps with my treatment plan.

Dr. Jim and his team and exceptional and trustworthy. My family has been going here since I was a child. I've tried going to other dentists since moving away, and none have been as thorough and professional as Evergreen. Thank y'all for everything, there is none like you!!

Cassandra, Megan, shauna, and the Doc have been fantastic. I was fearful of getting dental work done due to several years of putting it off, but they encouraged and put those fears to rest, and proved it with excellent care, great personalities, and upbeat attitudes. Everyone clearly works well together and all have a common goal of taking excellent care of anyone who comes in. Highly recommend anyone looking for quality dental work!

The entire staff is wonderful! Have been going to this dentist since 1989! Have never had a bad experience. They listen to your needs and financial situation and plan accordingly. I have heard about bad experiences from family and friends. Never had this with Dr McCaslin!!!

Dr. McCaslin is fantastic! I hope I never (anytime soon, anyway) have to find another dentist! He is so gentle and understanding that he has all but gotten rid of my fear of dentists; if there's something about the dental session that's unnerving to me, Dr. McCaslin talks me through it without using any type of sedation method. As far as the rest of the staff goes, everyone is fantastic! Lisa is incredible and always seems to find a way to help me out & get me in for emergencies working me into the schedule as soon as possible. The person who has cleaned my teeth all the years I've been with Evergreen Dental, is Amy. She is one of the sweetest, kindest people I know. She puts me at ease right away! She is also extremely efficient at getting all, and I mean ALL of the tarter off my teeth! I am so well treated by all of the staff from the moment I step through the door, everyone makes me feel like I'm part of their family. The building is kept extremely clean, especially the bathroom. I love Evergreen Dental and plan to stick around for the foreseeable future!

I've been going to Dr McCaslin for 10-15 years now. I would never go anywhere else. The staff is awesome especially Meghan who gets the fun job of cleaning my teeth twice a year.

Dr. McCaslin and his staff are so caring and wonderful. The office is clean and inviting. I love the fact that if I need a crown or any other work it is all done in one visit. Amazing technology.
