After finishing his bachelor and masters degrees, he worked in Orlando for a while before realizing that dentistry was his higher calling. He went on to earn a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Detroit Mercy. He participated in multiple research studies covering various fields of clinical dentistry.
His areas of clinical interests include implant dentistry, orthodontics (both braces and Invisalign) and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Gayed strives to provide excellent dental care to every patient under his care. His philosophy is to treat each patient as he would a member of his own family.
Dr. Gayed is dedicated to the community and likes to spend time at church services and activities, reading, playing music and spending time with his family. He also believes in giving back to the community through dentistry and has participated in multiple dental community outreach programs like Give Kids a Smile.
Lorena is our office manager and insurance and financial coordinator. She has many years of experience in many different positions in the dental field. She is a certified orthodontic assistant. She thinks of dentistry as her passion and feels that the most important part of her day is to provide excellent care and service to every patient she meets. She loves her job and plans to continue growing in the dental field.
Rosanna is our lead assistant. She was born in Puerto Rico. She is the mother of two beautiful kids (a boy and a girl). She has over 8 years of experience as an assistant with experience in all different fields of dentistry including general dentistry, endodontics and orthodontics with both expanded function and radiology certifications. Rosanna loves to help patients and her goal is for every patient to get the best dental care possible at every visit. During her free time she loves to spend time with the family.
Janellie is our dental assistant. She was born and raised in Orlando and graduated from Concordia Dental Assistant school with honors. Janellies passion for dentistry grows day by day. The thing she loves the most about dentistry is making patients happy and comfortable. Janellies fluent in Spanish. She has a 3 year old boy and loves cooking.
Tiffany is our receptionist and insurance coordinator. She has been in the dental field for over 5 years and has experience in both dental assisting and working with insurance. Tiffany enjoys interacting and helping patients achieve the smile and dental care they deserve. She graduated from City College with a degree in office administration. In her spare time, she loves listening to music and spending quality time with her daughter.

We use CBCT or 3-D scan technology to allow us to see a 3-D image of the head so that we can see things that we cannot see in a traditional x-ray. For example, we cannot measure the width of the bone in a traditional x-ray but we can in a 3-d scan. This is especially important when we are placing implants. Our state-of-the-art CBCT machine uses both Green Scan and Smart Plus technologies allowing us to minimize patients exposure to radiation. It also allows us to capture CEPH and Panoramic x-rays used in orthodontic and wisdom teeth extraction cases.
CBCT technology allows us to fabricate surgical stents to ensure easy and predictable placements of implants especially in hard cases where we have thin bone or tight spacing. This type of implant placement makes the placement and restoration of the implant safer and more predictable and causes much less pain during healing.
