Dr. Phan originally graduated from Dental School in Vietnam in 1995. He also graduated from the University of Southern California with Advanced Standing for International Dentists in 2008. Dr. Phan is continuously taking advanced educational courses to keep his knowledge and skills up to date.
His philosophy is patients satisfaction. Although trained as both a general and cosmetic dentist, he strives to give his patients the best treatments to maintain healthy, functional mouths, while also recognizing his patients desires to improve their smiles.
Dr. Phan assesses each patients needs through a comprehensive examination. He spends one-on-one time listening to each patient so that he can understand their concerns and recommend the best solution. He always goes the extra step to make sure the patient is comfortable with his approach and lets them know that they are in control of the process.

My son has been a patient of Dr. Phan since he opened at age 7. He is now 17. Dr. Phan is, "BY FAR THE MOST GENTLE HANDED, MOST INTELLIGENT DENTIST THAT I HAVE SEEN IN DALLAS TEXAS SINCE THE 70's!" " I HIGHLY RECCOMEND HIM IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THE MOST COMFORTABLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE DENTAL EXPERIENCE IN TEXAS!" I'm serious. Going to the dentist can be a scary experience but Dr. Phan and his wife are so good at making you feel safe and comfortable during any procedure.

Best experience. I've been always worry about going to dental office. The anxiety is just beyond nightmare and the pain is uncompairable. Here is different, not only Dr. Phan is professionalism but he treated every single one of his patient with care. It's feel like family here! Truely appreciated!

Best doctor ever, I used to go to Rosemead dentist and did a poor job, but this doctor did an amazing job, explains everything correctly, I will never change this dentist and I really recommend him! It's worth coming back here again!

I've been coming to this dentist for years. Previously only for cleanings and check ups. But recently, got my wisdom teeth out. I'm 23, so it's a little later than most, but he was great. I got 2 and 2 done at different times and each time he and his assistant were wonderful. They warned me which parts would be painful and would explain what he was doing so I was aware. He always explains really well what he's doing and what I need to do for dental care. He's great and his staff is great.

The quality and level of care here is absolutely amazing!!! Everyone at this clinic is incredible and so genuine and kind. Dr. Phan is a skilled clinician and takes time to explain in great detail the reasoning involved in his suggested options for treatment. The office is open 7 days a week and the staff accommodates patients above and beyond most practices I have ever experienced Thank you Evercare for all you do!!!
