The attention seemed bad. I had a problem with my tooth but they didn't want to give me a solution. They wanted me to leave again with the same problem without giving me a solution. When mentioning that I couldn't leave like that and asking them to do something to me, what they did to me was not of quality and they did it with a very bad attitude. the dental cleaning that they did to me was also very bad, it was done superficially, half and super fast. It didn't take more than 5 minutes. additionally they hurt my gums when cleaning with a bad attitude and for they going out of the way.

I appreciate the staff and Evelyn Shine for making me feel comfortable and taking the time to explain the process. As a Deaf person, they were very considerate and made sure I was able to understand what was being said. Absolutely would recommend anyone to come to Shine DDS

The lady to sign in is ruled , It takes 2- months for a appointment and when they see you they ask the insurance what's the max amount and if it's low they will max it out and give basic service and say now find a specialist to finish work. I thought these 5 stars was real until I book the appointment a month ago which should of been a flag the lady said if I don't want the appointment find another dentist. Should of did that but the 5 star reviews are fake lol they got me . Don't believe me try calling and see if they have a appointment for you in a week, Takes a month for doctor appointments.

Dr. Shine has excellent communication and pays great attention to patient comfort. The office itself could use some cosmetic work but I would still recommend this office for dental care.

My first appointment was a few weeks ago I had a wonderful experience. Dr Shine and her assistant (never got their name) were helpful, kind, and gentle with the procedure. From now on, Dr. Shine is my dentist. 10/10

My husband and I had our first visit with Dr. Shine and her staff just yesterday and I have to say....thank you to all of you who leave reviews! I can say that the reviews are true. She listens, thoroughly examines you, explains what is needed and or concerns if any. She works with you and that is amazing. Her work was thorough and painless - that was important for me because I had an issue brewing. Finally, I can say that we are super happy with our new dentist.
