They had scheduling issues with the rest of my family(rescheduling my sister 8 months away and then canceling it again/also saying they'd reschedule my mom to then never call her back) but they were able to give me appointment within weeks of eachother,, yet the appointments never went well. I always had "more work to be done" and they wanted to "redo what we'd done already" I've gotten a tooth completely filed down with a crown but was given two temporaries and two crowns but they keep wanting to file it back down to redo. I finally got fillings on one side of my mouth which resulted in more pain then before. When I went in to fix the issue they suddenly "found a hole" on the side of my tooth. We did an emergency type filing but couldn't seem to numb me enough in time so they just started anyways. I felt EVERYTHING. From them filing down the side of my tooth, to the lasers heat as the uv sealed it. Worst appointment so far. I went home hurting and continue to have pain when chewing on one side. But I cancelled all appointments and refuse to go back.

My daughter went there today to have a tooth extracted and the nurses and the dentist Dr Lowery was very nice and respectful they took the time to explain to my daughter what was going to happen and they also told us about the vantage one program that gives discounts also I was having a bit of trouble with one of my cards and they graciously allowed me to pay what I could and said I could pay the balance when I got my SSI check no other dentist would do that . Thank you Evansville family dentistry u guys #1 in my book would definitely recommend you to anyone

WARNING I called mand made an appointment months ago because that was the only opening available. They put me on a cancelation list incase someone canceld. Fast forward months later I get a call while I'm at work they left a voicemail saying there has been a cancelation and there's opening on Monday,Tuesday and Thursday. I immediately proceeded to call them back 1min after voicemail was left then was told they had called someone else and gave the opening to them. When in the voicemail it said 3days were available and only 1min had past. I was also informed that they went on and offered it to another because no one ever calls back. Hmmm looks like someone did. If this is the way you treat your future customers you must be dealing with alot of non working trash people on Medicare/Medicade and don't give a #@$= which is bad bad business practice and no telling what else goes on. WARNING Bad Business Practices

Evansville Family Dentistry discovered severe gum disease with bone loss on my first visit. They explained the problem completely and referred me to a Periodontist. Unfortunately, many of my teeth could not be salvaged and had to be removed. EFD fitted me with very comfortable dentures and saw me monthly for adjustment of the dentures. All of the staff have been courteous and Dr Lowery has been extremely helpful in explaining things to me. I would recommend EFD to anyone for excellence in Primary dental care.

Dr.Lowery was so gentle and took time to explain the procedure, all the staff were excellent. All in all the best dental visit I have had.

Nice Staff and office. However disappointed they can't do my extractions and have to live with the pain until I can get them done in October. I will be back then!

The entire visit was rushed and u was coerced into doing these antibiotic shots that cost a bunch and made my gums swell for two weeks. I was so rushed to make a choice with no guidance except "if my sister needed it, I'd tell her to do it too" it was like 50 dollars an injection and they wanted to do 4. I went back to my previous dentist. I feel like they took advantage of me. Went back to my previous dentist office today and they said that it looked like my cleaning was rushed and not done well.
