Never sent me a bill after asking multiple times on the phone for it to be mailed to me. They're rude. The dentists talk down to their staff.

They couldn't help me with my insurance but Paul on the phone was super courteous and helpful and gave me advice on where to find a dentist that accepts my insurance. Great customer service. Thank you
