A native of Northeastern Oklahoma, Dr. Evans was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma and attended Union Public Schools. He earned a B.S. in Biology from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa where he played soccer and tennis. In 2010 he received his DDS from the University of Oklahoma.
Dr. Evans was married to his wife, Samantha, in 2010 and they have 2 children, Breklyn and Crew. When away from the office the Dr. Evans and his family enjoy being outside, snow skiing, hunting and going to the lake.
