I was referred here by another dentist. I was treated better here than I was at my primary dentist office. I was in a lot of pain and I was not in the best mood. But they understood my plight. They got me in and out. I was happy with the service.

The entire office made my experience a good one. I'm sure no one wants to have a root canal done but if you ever have to have one I recommend Evans Endodontics. I was super nervous and really unsure I was going to see it through because of a horrible experience years ago which kept me away from anything resembling a dentist. This place is hands down the best.

Every single staff member was so welcoming and kind! Dr. Babb made my first root canal painless and not stressful at all. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. It was a quick procedure. I would recommend anyone going here!

Dr.Babb and his team are magnificent. I have extreme dental anxiety and they were so kind and patient with me. I felt no pain during the procedure. Additionally, they worked diligently with my insurance company to make sure I didn't pay a lot out of pocket. Definitely recommend!

Staff is competent and pleasant. Dr Babb told me what he was going to do every step of the way during the root canal procedure. I felt very comfortable during the procedure.

I went to Evans Endodontics on an emergency basis after being referred by my primary dentist (they were able to get me in the following morning) and they were the absolute most wonderful people I could have imagined I would have to deal with. Everyone in the office was so pleasant and all very concerned not to make my pain any worse. When the Dr. came in to to my emergency root canal he was so personable. He made me feel comfortable immediately. He talked me through the procedure in such a calming voice that I never panicked or was overly scared. He explained everything that was happening before he did it. He was not only a comforting voice but very efficient and finished much sooner than I had expected. I hope no one needs to be in that kind of excruciating pain but these amazing people will help you and extend compassion and comfort in the process. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs their services.

What a surreal and incredible experience! From the time I entered the office from the time I received follow up messages, Dr. Babb and his staff were so incredibly efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. I was able to get into his office within 24 hours (unheard of these days). My actual appointment was incredibly efficient. Dr. Babb was so pleasant and communicative throughout my entire appointment. I was searching to have internal bleaching done on an old root canaled tooth and Dr. Babb's office was the only office I was referred to that offered the service in the CSRA. I'm extremely pleased with the work done today! It's funny to say and I said it before, but it was so CHILL! I felt relaxed and in very capable hands. I wish Dr. Babb and his team were my everyday dental team! P.S. My results rock!

I had a excellent experience today. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Dr Babb was professional and explained everything every step of the way. So grateful for the technician that wiped my tears as she understood nerves were getting the best of me as my past dental experiences have not been positive ones. And to top it off, I received a goody bag on my way out! Thanks again! While I hope I won't have to be back, this office will be my first choice and my first recommendation.

Everyone was so friendly. When I arrived I didn't have to wait. I went back at my scheduled time even though I was a fill in. My root canal didn't take long at all and I was walked through the entire process. Nothing was done without me knowing and I loved that. I would recommend this office to family and friends

I was recommended and sent here by my primary dentist for a root canal. The dentist did an absolutely flawless job. Even the numbing shots were completely painless. The whole process was very comfortable. The dentist kept me updated on every little thing throughout the entire process. Let me know when I may feel pressure, and continuously asked me how I was doing. Each staff member I spoke to was incredibly kind and helpful. I was very pleased by the experience, and I will definitely be coming back here if I need another procedure!

My experience overall was positive & pleasant. The ladies who handle the phones & appointments were friendly & professional. Dr Babb took sufficient time to explain what was going on with my tooth. My concern was with the assistant who wanted to take an x-ray when my dentist already provided x-rays from less than 3 weeks earlier. I questioned this, since it was likely there would have been an additional charge. I am still in shock over the cost to examine one tooth. Unfortunately, my issue could not be handled by this office, so I cannot comment further.

Dr. Babb was amazing with my care today. He explained every step and his dental assistant stayed on top of how I was feeling. She even read my body language to double check if I started to show movement. It didn't feel as if he had 5 patients and was busy his attention was solely on my chair. Front desk was also super helpful and upbeat! I recommend 10 out 10

My appointment with Dr. Babb was excellent and I highly recommend him. He explained everything being done as the appointment went along and made every effort to be sure I was comfortable. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. His assistant explained the xrays being taken and the purpose for each one. Front desk personnel was very kind and helpful. I do not plan on going to any other endodontist.
