Only care about money did dental work never provided a quote or how much it would be a just a week later sent me a bill very mean rude people that work for them never going back I find it funny how when this office gets a bad review they have a childish comeback of giving a customer a 1 star rating or giving another customer a peace sign I'm sorry your not even close to the best dental office

Great staff, quick and friendly. Found a cavity on my 5 year old this morning, called and they happened to have a cancellation, got us in and made my kid feel like a rockstar. They were upbeat and fun with him and calmed those nerves right away. Took only a few minutes for a filling and we were good to go. He had an amazing time and left saying he wants to be a dentist. Wonderful service!

I made an appointment as a new patient for my Grandson to have his teeth cleaned. I asked how much it would be when I made the appointment . I don't remember the exact amount they told me for cleaning but it was approximately $140. The soonest appointment she had was about 6 weeks out. On the day of the appointment, the dental hygienist said she couldn't clean his teeth at this appointment because he needed deep cleaning instead for $700 and rescheduled him for the middle of October. I said I wanted his teeth cleaned on our scheduled appointment at the cost they quoted me when I made the appointment which they refused and said they'd already rescheduled him .

The best dentist I've ever been to! It's a true pleasure to experience someone who is above a level I've never experienced! I had a root canal and it was literally painless!

Had a broken tooth that had a prior root canal and needed a cap. They managed to fit me in due to a cancelation and got the whole thing done in less than 2 hours, new cap and everything. Very impressed with the state of the art equipment and the staff was awesome. You have a loyal patient for life here

I went to Dr Evans for the first time this October and him and his staff were amazing! I really felt that they listened to my concerns and they were very easy to talk to. I'm glad I made the switch!

Was told it would be weeks before they could get me in, even with a referral saying its urgent emergency, I hate to do it you guys had a perfect five star rating, but after being with you guys this long. Then to read comments how they got immediate appointments over a chipped tooth, and keep in mind that review was left during the covid pandemic, so were here fully vaccinated pandemic winding down, and I get told no matter how bad the emergency it will take weeks to get you in, sorry but somethings are life threatinng and when they are and you guys dont take it seriously I need to, so ill just not be coming back, neither will any of my family after being told during an emergency to wait two or, more weeks to get in, I suggest if they treat you the same way just leave.

I have been going here to Dr. Evans for years, and I will continue to go here as long as I live in Pocatello. He is such a caring and wonderful guy, as well as the rest of the staff that has been taking care of me all these years. Thank you for being so amazing.

Evans Dental has been great for my family. I never thought I would hear my kids say they were excited to go to the dentist.
