Dr. Alexander Kaplan is the founder of Eureka Dental Group and has more than two decades of experience specializing in many areas of dental care. He proudly followed his fathers footsteps into dentistry, and received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1989 from Moscow Dental University. However, Dr. Kaplans education is never complete; his focus is to remain at the forefront of dental technology and training. Along with general dentistry and oral surgery skill maintenance, Dr. Kaplan has become an expert in same-day crowns, oral conscious sedation, gum sculpting, one-hour teeth whitening, Teeth in a Day implant-supported dentures, and much more.
Dr. Alexander Pritsky has been an integral part of Eureka Dental since joining the practice in 2006. After graduating from the Tel Aviv University School of Dentistry in Israel he completed advanced training in dental implants and periodontics at the University of Rochester. He is currently a Diplomat of the American Board of Periodontology and the American Board of Oral Implantology, as well as an Adjunct Clinical Professor at the Implant Clinic at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. He is also a member of the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Periodontology.
Dr. Pritsky specializes in intra-oral hard and soft tissue management, gingival esthetics, and surgical oral implantology. When he is not helping our patients achieve healthy and amazing smiles he is dedicating every minute to his wife and three children.
Dr. Faryal Ismatt graduated at the top of her class with a degree in Systems Physiology and Chemistry and continued to Dental School at the University of the Pacific where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery.
Dr. Ismatts talents include oral surgery, implant restorations, crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures, geriatric and pediatric dentistry. Her wizardry in dentistry is easily apparent, and she is usually the first dentist on the team to use and perfect new techniques and equipment.
Dr. Ismatt is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Sacramento County Dental Society and the Punjabi Dental Society. She is also fluent in Farsi, Arabic and Hindi. Her personal time is spent with her son, daughter and her amazing husband. In her spare time, she loves to paint, travel, and read novels.
A Sacramento native, Dr. Valeriy Denisov graduated from Sacramento State before earning his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Loma Linda University in 2012 and then beginning his dental career with Eureka Dental.
With a wide skillset and penchant for personalized attention, Dr. Val demonstrates that improving oral care and health allows the body to flourish. He champions an approach to helping patients improve their overall health by teaching about the systemic link between mouth and body.
Dr. Souto graduated from UC San Francisco in 1972, and had a private practice in Roseville from 1972 to 1983. He served as a dentist in the department of corrections from 1983 to 2005, while also working at Eureka Dental from 2000 to 2005. He was the dental director of a community health clinic in Dubuque, Iowa from 2006 through 2015. He has since returned to Eureka Dental Group.
Dr. Alexia Oviedo Lozano graduated from University of Southern California and Evangelic University of El Salvador. Before joining Eureka Dental Group she used to work for La Clinica Monumentum Dental in Concord, Ca. She is happily married and has two awesome sons. She loves spending time with her family and friends. Some of her hobbies are: Photography, aerobics, tae-bo, scrapbooking, general crafting and traveling.
Dr. Olga believes in prevention and minimally invasive dentistry. She goes an extra mile to educate her patients about oral health and treatment options. Dr. Olga completed over 1,000 continuing education hours in variety of dental fields, including Invisalign and dental implants.
She is laser certified, holds her RDAEF2 licensure and is an expert in prevention-based therapies for high risk patients. Holly lives in Loomis so she can be close to her practice. She spends her free time exploring new adventures with her 3 boys, horseback riding, and gardening.
Mela joined our team in 2011, and has over eleven years of dental experience. Her personality is the first to win patients over, and she ensures each person feels relaxed and at home while at Eureka Dental. Years of experience allow her to share and motivate patients with personalized strategies to achieve and maintain perfect and healthy smiles.
Alla has been practicing dental hygiene since 2007. She is caring and devoted dental hygienist who provides excellent patient care. It is her personal goal to educate patients about good dental hygiene habits that can last a lifetime. In her spare time, Alla likes to travel, work out, spent time with family and friends.
Kenzy was born and raised in Guatemala and is fluent in both English and Spanish. She has been in the dental industry for 5 years and is one of our Registered Dental Assistants with an expanded skill set. She is an EF2 Instructor at J Productions Dental Seminars, Inc. and loves helping the students. If you ask Kenzy what her passions are she would say helping people, improving their smiles and how much she loves her job. In her spare time, you will find her cuddling with her irish poodle and hanging out with her fianc. She enjoys the outdoors and has fun doing nails on the side.
Alla was born and raised in the Ukraine and moved to the United States in 1998. She graduated from CSUS with a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics and an Associates Degree in Management. She began her career with Eureka Dental Group twelve years ago in an entry level position as a Billing Specialist. Allas career quickly accelerated from there to Treatment Coordinator, then to Office Manager. Currently she is the Practice Manager for both our locations. She enjoys helping patients achieve the smile of their dreams and increasing their confidence. When Alla isnt working she likes to spend her time with family and close friends. She enjoys exploring new destinations, relaxing at the local spa and participating in activities at her home church. Her biggest achievement and love is being a full-time mom.
Alla was raised here in the Sacramento area. She graduated from American River College, FADE EF2 Program. She has been at Eureka Dental for 20 years. She loves her job and loves making her patients smile. She works closely with Dr. Kaplan and together they create beautiful smiles that last a lifetime. Her attention to detail and precision sets her apart and keeps our patients happy. Alla is also our OSHA Compliance and Safety Manager. Shes committed to the health and safety of our employees and patients. Shes blessed with four children, three girls and one boy. She loves to travel with family, shop till she drops and cant start her day without a great cup of coffee.
Shaha comes to us all the way from Baku, Azerbaijan where she was born and raised. While in Azerbaijan she graduated with a BA in Business Administration. She decided to come to the United States to further her education and attended the University of North Carolina Wilmington where she graduated with an MBA Degree in Finance. She started with Eureka Dental Group 3 years ago as a Treatment Coordinator. Within a short three months it became apparent that the combination of her education in both business and finance was going to be a huge asset for us. At that time, she was promoted to the Office Manager of our West Sacramento location. Shaha loves seeing patients not only get healthier, but also get happier. Eureka Dental and her patients have become her extended family. Shes known for providing top notch customer service and specializes in customer relations. When Shaha is not working she enjoys her free time golfing, socializing with friends, working out and enjoying the outdoors.
