Dr. Prokopets is a knowledgeable and experienced professional with a pleasant personality. She has successfully treated all my "deep pocket" infections ---treatments that included restoring bone (lost to bacterial activity) and implanting anchors for future crowns. Her preventive therapy included removing a maxillary bone spur that projected into the gum, which conceivably would have irritated (inflamed) the soft gum tissue. I have high confidence in Dr. Prokopets' diagnostic acumen, treatment choices and technical skills --now, because of my positive outcomes; but initially, because of her exceptionally good communicative skills, her natural inclination to plan treatments in collaboration with my general dentist and endodontist, and her well staffed office that is equipped with the latest technologies. As I wrote at the beginning, Dr. Prokopets is a Professional. I highly recommend her.

After that amount of implant surgery and a graft I did not take 1 pill for PAIN. She must be that good. Everything is FINE !! Great office STAFF also.

If you are looking for a periodontist, do not look any further. Dr. Prokopets and her staff are a truly compassionate team. Having any perio procedure can be daunting, especially if you research the procedure online read other people's experiences at other places. I made that mistake researching for a gum graft. But the moment I met with Dr. Prokopets my fears were put at ease. I agree with other reviews for her office, she is very conservative in her treatment. She will not suggest anything unless she believes it is necessary for your health and comfort. She explains every step of the procedure and answers all and any questions at the consultation (or after). During the procedure, she is very reassuring and ultimately does her best to put your comfort first. Please, do not be intimidated about your recovery. Her office will provide you with a pre/post procedure packet. I followed her instructions to a T, and I decided to add in a collagen supplement into my coffee each morning and Ka'Chava for lunch as a nutrition supplement. I got plenty of rest the first few days and stayed on top of my pain medication. Never once was the pain unbearable. I was just achy a little achy. My recovery went rather quickly. She is truly an artist in what she does! She will always be my only choice for future perio procedures. Thank you Dr. Prokopets and your wonderful team!

Dr. Prokopets is amazing! She explained all aspects of the procedure in detail (transparent with both dental and financial considerations), was a perfectionist during dental surgery (being quite conscious of not only dental health but also aesthetics), and checked in throughout the recovery. Her team was also extremely kind and communicative throughout, making it a very pleasant experience.

I recently had a tooth extracted at Dr. Prokopets that involved a bone and gum graft. She and her staff were masterful. The procedure was over quickly and all follow-up care carefully described. I recovered quickly and only wish I hadn't waited so long! I highly recommend Dr. Prokopets.

This is my second connective tissue graft done by Dr. Prokopets, and I could not be more happy with my experience and results. The value she places on ensuring her patients are comfortable, informed, and heard along with her expertise, skills, and dedication in knowing the latest research in her field is why I will continue to have all my treatments done by her. I want to share one example as to how her and her staff focus on what the patient's needs are. I came in for my procedure nervous about the necessary shot for numbing and both Dr. Prokopets and staff to assist in the surgery could not have been more verbally understanding to my concern but also took additional steps to ensure the shots were given in a way that was least painful and I was comfortable. I could not recommend her more!!!

Everyone in the office is so professional. Each person takes the time to explain everything, does not make you feel rushed and makes you feel comfortable in what can be a stressful time. Dr. Prokopets even took the time to send a text the evening of the procedure to check in to see how I was feeling and if there were any problems. Great job Dr. Prokopets and the entire team.
