She says, 'of all the things I love, dentistry comes first'. She finds that dentistry is never monotonous and she enjoys meeting new people, getting to know them and helping them achieve optimal oral health care.
We are so excited about Dr. Kaur because she holds the same preventative values that Dr. Hudson and Dr. Vivona share. Furthermore, she is incredibly gentle and carefully explains procedures and advice to patients.
Dr. Kaur and her husband are also enjoying being parents for the first time. They welcomed a precious baby girl in 2020 and so it is fitting that as Dr. Hudson begins her maternity leave, Dr. Kaur is jumping back in!
Mandy attended Lane Community College and attained her hygiene license in 2008. Using her gifts, she enjoys serving our patients with compassion and sensitivity to the dental needs. Mandy has been married to her wonderful husband Matt for 10 years. Together they love to hike and explore the outdoors with there ever faithful dog Huckleberry. She has a knack for finding great restaurants and enjoys hunkering down with a good book.
Mindy joined our team in November 2017. She started her dental career as a dental assistant in 2005, when she joined the Air Force Reserves. She attended Lane Community College, where she served as the president of the Dental Hygiene Student Association and earned her Dental Hygiene degree and license in 2015. Mindy takes great pride in her career and strives to provide optimal care to every patient, paying close attention to their individual needs. Mindy's goal is to have a gentle touch, and make each patient feel comfortable. In her free time, you can find her enjoying the outdoors, hiking, fishing, and camping with her husband Jason, her step-kids, and their dog Kimber.
Shanna was born in Texas but moved to Oregon in 2000 from Montana with her husband Shane, and their two kids. She has over a decade of dental administrative experience and has a passion for creating an environment where patients feel comfortable and can build trust. She believes that everyone deserves to have a 5-star experience. When she's not at the office going over treatment and helping our patients understand their options, she can be found hanging out with her family, or out on a trail exploring with her two Australian Shepherds. Although she isn't a true native, she couldn't be happier calling Oregon her home.
Gwen was born and raised right down the road in Cottage Grove. She recently returned to Eugene after 25 years in Central Oregon where she and her husband raised two children. She graduated from LCC in 1987 and continues to learn and enjoy all aspects of the dental experience. Gwen brings with her a knack for making everyone laugh with her terrible jokes and an infectious smile.
Nancy was born in Southern California and moved to Oregon in 1981. She has two adult daughters and 3 beautiful grandkids. Nancy has been a dental assistant for many years but joined our team in early 2019. She brings with her a love for dentistry and a gentle, caring approach. Nancy loves spending time with her family and friends, camping, and power walking. She also enjoys reading, crafts, and home improvement projects.
He is a Carolina Dog and the newest member of Dr. Vivona's family. You will find he is absolutely the sweetest dog and very in tune to feelings. Otis was a rescue from the streets of Houston and is quickly acclimating to his new life with humans.
Otis comes to work every day with Dr. Vivona now and is quickly getting used to the office environment. After he is adjusted and has more training, he will work in our office to provide comfort to patients/families with dental anxiety. We cant wait for everyone to meet him. We know you will love him as much as we do.

Eugene Dental is the best dental office! Our family always receives the best care and the staff goes out of their way to be kind and treat us like they are happy to see us. I would post who my favorite hygienist is, but I don't want to share her!

Like most people I usually dread going to the dentist. I just moved here and chose this place and I'm so glad I did! The initial appointment as a new patient is so thorough and they really cared about making me comfortable with everything that was happening. They asked all about my history and what I'm looking for in a dental experience, and then clearly communicated everything they were doing, what they found and what it meant, and they even told me about stuff that my previous dentist (of 15 years) never told me! I could not recommend it enough and I may actually not mind going to the dentist anymore

My wife and I have been with Eugene Dental for a few years now. I have worked with two hygienists and both have been wonderful. They really seem to know what they are doing. The equipment they use is the most advanced that I have seen.

Very professional but down-to-earth people. They've always been thorough, straightforward and open with me. I'm someone who hates going to the dentist, but here they've made it so much more comfortable. I never find myself "dreading" to go to an appointment here!

I haven't been to the dentist in lots of years.. too many to count and I'm embarrassed. Eugene dental group and Dr Vivona were so nice and her dental asst Amy was amazing! Amy talked me through all of the procedures and X-rays. And Dr Vivona was very open and friendly and listened. Highly would recommend this group to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Dr. Hudson was welcoming to me even without any dental records. Billing was flexible in allowing payment over the phone after my visit; having forgotten my wallet. Very professional medical workplace and practice. I went in to fix teeth that had cavities where old fillings had fallen out. Being relieved be able to discuss having the fillings replaced without going for full root canal, with Dr. Hudson we agreed on the treatment plan that fit. Cost is very reasonable, and scheduling is a breeze. I look forward to the follow up appointment and recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised that my dental (filling) appointment on Wednesday was so easy. Dr Vivona and JR were so gentle, professional and kind. I highly recommend them, especially if anyone else has dental anxiety like I do. My new tooth feels great!

Going for an exam and cleaning at Eugene Dental Group is a pleasant experience. This was my third check-up there. The office is bright and airy with a good feeling. Dr. Vivona keeps a good grasp on the state of your teeth and does not do a hard sell. The hygienists are good too - supportive, bright.

5/5 stars my most enjoyable dental experience yet! I recently had my new patient exam and X-rays and it was such a pleasant experience. Amy was so gentle taking my films and made sure I was comfortable for each one. I appreciate how Dr. Vivona took the time to get to know me and she was so kind. I love how every question and concern I had, was addressed. I truly believe they felt my needs were important that they cared about my dental health. Thank you to all the team for being so amazing!
