April has been helping Ethos Dental care for our patients and their smiles since 1998. Over the years, Aprils favorite aspect of the job has been patient relationships. When April is away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and dogs. She also enjoys the outdoors, concerts, movies, and traveling.
Lisa graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Bemidji State University. She has been in dentistry since 2005 and joined the Ethos Dental team in 2016. She loves getting to know patients and helping to educate them about their dental benefits. When Lisa is away from the office, she enjoys plays, movies, bowling, and spending time with her son and adorable rescue cats, Cinders and Stella.
Victoria joined the Ethos team in July 2021. Victoria is brand new to dentistry, but is excited to learn and has a passion for working with people. She received her Bachelors degree from the University of Kansas in 2017. After that, Victoria moved to London, England and received her law degree from the University of Westminster in 2020. Although she is new to the dentistry world, she has years of office and administrative experience. When Victoria is not in the office working with patients, she loves being with friends and family, traveling, and anything to do with history!
Kelsey grew up in Lakeville and graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at Argosy University in 2018. She is passionate about her career and takes pride in educating her patients and working closely with them to achieve optimal oral health. Kelsey strives to create the best dental experiences for all of her patients by focusing on their dental concerns and building strong relationships with them. When Kelsey is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, running outside, traveling, and spending time out on the lake.
Amber graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at Argosy University in 2010. She loves working with people and designing a care plan individualized to each person. Her goal is to create a calm and positive experience for her patients. When Amber is away from the office, she likes spending her time at home with her husband and two daughters. She also enjoys traveling, spending time at her cabin with family, and camping with friends.
Sarah joined the Ethos team October 2020. Sarah graduated from the dental hygiene program at Normandale Community College in 2006. Her favorite part of her job is building patient relationships, providing an enjoyable experience, educating and giving them tools to help them achieve their optimal oral health. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and watching the three of her children in their various activities. She also enjoys reading and being outdoors!
Ashley earned her degree in Dental Assisting in 2012 from St. Cloud Technical and Community College. She moved to the Twin Cities and started her career at Ethos Dental in 2014. Ashley is passionate about all facets of dentistry and continues to take classes. After work hours, Ashley enjoys the outdoorskayaking, camping, walking with her dog, and spending time with friends and family.
Nikki received her Dental Assistant degree in 2012 from Century College. She enjoys getting to know patients and creating an enjoyable atmosphere for them. Nikki has lived in Richfield for the past six years. Outside the office, she enjoys being outdoors, spending time with family, riding her motorcycle, boating in the summer, and ice fishing in the winter.
Cara received her AAS degree in dental assisting from Hennepin Technical College in 2006. She joined Ethos Dental in 2016. Cara enjoys getting to know the patients and providing them with the best dental care. Cara lives in New Market with her husband and son. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on her sons sporting events.
Missy joined Ethos Dental in 2019. She lives in New Market with her husband and two Shiba Inus. When she is not working, she enjoys reading, spending time with her dogs, and going to every home Vikings game with her husband.
Kailey joined the Ethos team in June 2021. Kailey is currently a student at Normandale Community College and is working towards her Bachelors degree in dental hygiene with Metro State University. She is very excited to have joined the Ethos team and continue to learn about dentistry through supporting the other staff members clinically. When Kailey is not working or in class, she likes to spend her free time with family and friends doing seasonal activities like jet skiing or tubing. She also loves to do nails!

The only dentists I trust in the Twin Cities Metro area! I have seen Dr. O'Neil since I was a child. Dr. O'Neil has done a wonderful job of finding kind, friendly and helpful staff. If he isn't there, I know that the other dentists will still do a wonderful job. Dr. Beuckens is a sweet, kind and caring dentist who has been an amazing addition to the Ethos Dental team. Look no further than Ethos Dental, as you will always be in good hands, no matter who you talk to or see!

Ethos Dental has been my dentist of choice for the past 27 years. All the staff is considerate and professional while being very personable. Dr O'Neil is great to work with and isn't pushy about having dental work done when you aren't ready to move forward. I would definitely recommend Ethos Dental to new neighbors and friends.

I enjoy every visit I have at Ethos Dental. That says a lot, since I use to only go to the dentist when I was in pain. Now I go at least twice a year for my cleanings. Love my Invisalign appointments.

The absolute best practice in the area. I came here as a new patient, for routine X-rays, and to set up a cleaning. A few days later, I was involved in an accident which damaged a number of my teeth. Dr. McMillan has absolutely gone above and beyond to help me through the healing and restoration process. She has worked hands on with the oral surgeon to make sure that I am given the best care possible. She truly cares about her patients and clearly communicates all steps with compassion and understanding. I'm so thankful to have found her.

The front desk staff, Dr. Beuckens and Sarah are exceptional people. They listen, understand, kind, patient and calm.. Their professional knowledge are solid and sound. I trust that they have my best interests in their hearts every time I walk through the door.

Ethos dental is the bomb diggity. Lovely staff, very kind and professional and positive environment. I've heard stories of scammy dentists before where they try to "upsell" you on procedures/work you don't need. They don't do that here. You can trust these peeps. Dr. Beukkens (sp?) is great. You can tell she takes a lot of pride in her work. Shout-out to Amber the hygienist as well. I'd give them all 20 stars if I could.
