Our office welcomes many types of dental insurance, and our insurance and payment coordinator will be happy to assist you in determining what type of benefits are available to you through your insurance plan. Payment arrangements for account balances are due at the time services are rendered, so please bring your insurance card with you to your first visit. We accept many forms of payment, including cash and most major credit cards. You can also speak with our office administrator about flexible payment options available for major dental services.

Do not go to this dentist! She pulled my front teeth & tried to give me a partial that was missing a tooth making my 2 front teeth off to the side, but they felt GREATI had to fight to get them remade, the new partial doesn't fit at all causing sores on my gums that bleed, and cut the piece of skin completely that's between my top lip & gums, very painful, can't eat ANYTHING I'M IN PAIN 24/7 & she refuses to make things right, I paid thousands now I'm screwed? Nope thank God for the courts, see you then Eternal Dental, rip offs, they have destroyed my quality of life & left me on a liquid diet, DON'T GO HERE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE PATIENT ONLY GETTING THEIR MONEY! TERRIBLE
