Great team that makes going to the dentist quick, easy, and affordable. I was freaked out about a tooth issue that I was scared I had let fester for too long, only to be reassured it was nothing some consistent flossing couldn't cure. And at a $25 consult fee? Yes please.

This review is only rating the Billing Specialist. My wife had a tooth filing in which she was charged $120.00 (full price). My wife text me notifying me of the charges. I called billing department and asked why my wife was being charged full price when we have HMO insurance and we are supposed to have a co-pay. She said that there was nothing she can do regarding the bill. I immediately called my insurance explaining everything. My insurance contacted the Billing Specialist from Mi Sonrisa. According to my insurance representative, the Billing Specialist gave her attitude over the phone because she ask her about the payment charges. My insurance representative told me that if I did not get some of my refund, I was to file for grievance. In addition, my wife called me telling me that the Billing Specialist coughed an attitude towards her too. After work, my wife and I arrived at Mi Sonrisa to meet with billing and discuss what my insurance said regarding my refund. My wife said, "are you committing fraud?" the Billing Specialist denied fraud and miraculously refunded our money. Advice to public: Please check your statements carefully and call your insurance if any doubts. Advice to owner: Retrain your Billing Specialist regarding her attitude! She needs to be retrained how to talk to her customers and not charge extra fees.
