I had a bad experience in a different dental office asking me to pay money for my root canal; luckily, I found later with Dr. Hwang that there was no problem with my teeth. The last time I went to this dentist for another tooth, he told me I had to get another root canal because the tooth was in bad shape. The cost of a root canal is insane, especially as my insurance cannot cover this cost. When my parents and I were informed of this new information by not one but two other dentists, I was appalled. The difference in cost between a root canal and a filling is big and me and my mother didn't even receive an apology from this dentist when she called and we were truly disappointed that this dentist had lied to us. I literally just walked out of this dentists office before even filling out my paper work . The nerve and audacity of the girls behind the desk is despicable. I'm a front desk at a dental office in Roslyn and I never in my life saw what I saw today. Rolling her eyes after I could not hear her because it was loud and we worse masks .
