I really liked the dentist and the hygienist a lot. I had a couple of cleanings there and then was scheduled for 2 crowns. He was an in network provider at the time of my cleanings however when I went back on Mar. 18 (2021) for my crowns I found out AFTER the fact that we was no longer a provider starting Mar. 1st (2021) and I was never told. After paying for my cleanings and my crowns I received my EOB's (after a few months of my visits) and called my insurance company to verify what I paid and I found out I was over charged. They told me to contact the dentist office right away and I did. I have left numerous messages to have Amarida (whom I was told handles the claims) call me. No return calls. I even went by the office and dropped off my coverages and copies of my EOB for Amarida whom wasn't there. A week or so later, I call again and was told she was on vacation. Again, I called after her return and left messages for her to return my call. Then I called again and she answered and I was told by her she promised she would call me back by the end of the day, surpirse NO CALL BACK! I waited the next day to call back again which was a Friday and she's off on Fridays. I again called (and I have phone records of all my calls to this office) and was told she was with a patient and they would have her call me back.....STILL HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM HER! This has been going on for about a year now and if I don't hear back from her I'm going to contact the local news station. Just an FYI...I recently chipped my back tooth and had to find another provider and I did, Dr. Monticciolo's office and my crown cost me $352. At Dr. Estrada's office my crowns were $1580.00. Also my regular cleanings and my deep cleanings are both 100% covered on my insurance and cost me 0 dollars at Dr. Monticciolo's office. This office charged me $85 for a regular cleaning and $356 for a deep cleaning. would 100% recommend one of Dr. Monticciolo's offices, they are kind, gentle with cleanings and when you have a question they return your call or answer it at that moment. Dr. Estrada's office is a rip off and very unprofessional to not return numerous phone calls and be lied to that she would call me back.

They did amazing me and my sister went there and they were hilarious and treated us like family they are great with children with disabilities my sister has autism and they were fantastic

This is a warm, wonderful place and all of the staff are professional and pleasant to deal with. It's also very quick compared to most dentist offices. I give my upmost thanks, gratitude, and respect to Elliott, as he is always willing to make a time for appointments accommodating. Sometimes Dr can be a bit fast at discussing treatment, only reason it's not 5star, but he is wonderful at his profession and is terrific with kids.. highly recommend

I recently scheduled my son 1st appointment here over a month. Upon arrival the door was locked and nobody seemed to be inside... couldn't get in touch with them. Nobody was answering the phone or doors. Called a week later to tell them what happened and they did apologize. So I scheduled a 2nd appointment.. upon arrival this time I was told that someone called me and tried to cancel the appointment because the dentist chair was not working right. Never received a call, text, or email. They also confirmed the appointment the day before. Very unprofessional.

I absolute love this dentist office the people there are extremely nice. They get you in as soon as possible. I took my daughter for her dentist appointment and I told them my tooth was bother me and I wasn't even on the schedule and they squeezed me in for x-rays in the same day. Not only that of course I had a few teeth that needed to be removed right away so he scheduled me the next day. Dr. Estrada and his assistant were super nice and genital I would recommend them to any one.

These are my new teeth you could never believe that I had no teeth when I went in dr Estrada and his staff are incredible I am so satisfied with there service I would highly recommend them to everyone

I've been going here for almost 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. They are exceptional at what they do and are by far the nicest, most compassionate dentist I've ever been to. They truly care about their patients!
