Dr. John Abajian, DDS and the members of our team are dedicated to serving our community with advanced treatments and comprehensive education. Dr Abajian is our cosmetic specialist. He received his DDS degree from the prestigious University of Michigan, School of Dentistry. His eye for details along with his perfectionist nature and gentle touch made him the top clinical graduate of his class.
Dr. Abajian has been providing dental services for the counties of Ventura and Los Angeles for more than 25 years. He continues to bring his passion for dentistry to the office everyday. He treats every patient as if they are members of his own family. He is honest and straight forward in his approach to dentistry. He fully explains the dental procedures to the patient and helps them understand the reason behind his decisions. His patients well being is on the top of his professional priority list. When not in the office Dr. Abjian enjoys enjoying time with his family, traveling, playing tennis and water sports.
She completed her Endodontic specialty at the same university. She is highly specialized in microscopic root canal therapy. Her state of the art expertise coupled with her gentle touch make root canal procedures with Dr. Hubbi absolutely comfortable.
Dr. Qattan has been a critical part of Esthetic Smiles team since 2001. She graduated with a DDS degree from Damascus University School of Dentistry. She finished her studies at Baylor University School of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas.
Lucy has been a part of our team for over 25 years. Her fun, friendly, and warm personality is the first thing our patients notice about her. Lucy Is the person in charge of making sure our schedule runs smoothly and effectively. She makes sure our patients are fully comfortable with their treatment plans and she is always ready to answer any questions that come her way. Lucy has been a part of our patients lives for many years and she treats our patients like her own family members. In her spare time, Lucy enjoys spending time with her loving husband and three boys. Lucy likes spending time with her family, cooking, and watching movies.
Elva is our treatment coordinator and one of the two friendly faces our patients first see when they walk into our practice. She specializes in insurance billing and helping our patients understand the financial aspect of their dental procedures. She treats every patient with the outmost respect and treats them like a member of her own family. She is always available to answer any questions, or clarify any issues our patients may have. Elva has a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from California State University Channel Islands. She is married to her loving husband and together they raise their two children. When she is away from the office, Elva enjoys running, hiking, reading, and trying out new recipes.
Angelique has been a part of Esthetic Smiles since 2010. It is her job to make the office runs on schedule and to ensure that our patients are seen on time. She gives every patient her best effort and helps the other dental assistants with their schedules. It is rewarding for Angelique to know that patients leave our office with great dental work from Dr. Abajian. In her spare time Angelique enjoys reading, jogging and watching her favorite TV show, Friends.
Daisy is one of our dental hygienists. She is an important part of our preventive and periodontal department. She is passionate about patient education and helping them prevent gum and periodontal disease. Prior to becoming a dental hygienist, Daisy was a dental assistant for many years which makes her understand all aspects of dentistry. On her days off Daisy enjoys cooking, hiking, and walks on the beach.
Vanessa is an essential part of our clinical patient care. She makes sure our dentists have all they need to perform state of the art dentistry. Vanessa enjoys striking up conversations with our patients to make them feel comfortable and relaxed. In her free time, Vanessa enjoys spending time with friends, hiking, reading, and trying new restaurants.
Mona has been a part of our practice since 2010. Her gentle touch and advanced clinical skills made her the recipient of the prestigious 'Golden Scaler Award'. Mona strives to make her patient 's visits comfortable and pain-free. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and reading.

I was there for a cleaning and that part of my experience was great! I was disapointed in the way the front office handled my insurance situation. They expected me to pay full price for a filling "because my insurance did not cover more than one filling in 2 years". I called my insurance to confirm and the insurance coordinator stated they were giving me the wrong copay for my plan which was 80% more than what my actual copay was. After the insurance coordinator called them, I came in to the office and the front office continued with their copay and hesitated to follow the insurance recommendations. What was more disappointing and unprofessional was how the front office handled it. One of the ladies made two inappropriate comments stating that she had to let the doctor know about this copay because "the doctors don't get paid this little" and after made another comment about me going back to school (per an earlier conversation with her) so it's ok for me to have this copay. I felt these comments were very unnecessary and degrading, unfortunately a bad experience in my books.

I don't ever write reviews, although, i wouldn't be happy if I didn't write one for this dentist office. It was one of the best experiences i have ever had at a dentist office, the ladies are ALL pleasant, very informative, and patient! And as for the DENTIST, "hands of an angel) !!! Need i say more

Truly the best experience I've ever had I'm a big chicken when it comes to any work being done in my mouth!!!! I got three silver fillings replaced.. TRUST ME NOT BECAUSE I WANTED TO But because I had leakage and was running the risk of fracturing my teeth due to grinding.. (Stressed anyone??) I created my own self inflicted pain from squeezing my hand waiting and anticipating some sort of pain or discomfort from the numbness!! I HAD NONE It was over before I knew it!! I now have three brand new looking teeth with white fillings! Gorgeous if ya ask me Dr Abajian's hands are lite as a feather.. Bed side manor is attentive & informative from years of experience! If your looking for a office that listens to your needs and has a soft touch this office is great.. From the first initial call to your in person consultation. Thank you Dr Abajian and special thanks to your amazing team

Our cool thing to make better. What kind of stuff will be? good . I would go what a place is fresh? Look very so wonderful qualify.. keep it look good handle when I get there. Try our next visit to a place. I thought it would be generally to hoilday.. I tell you that I would be going on vacation next Wednesday.. I could be back on Nov 30.. how could I save my two teeth to allow to eat Thanksgiving if I would be return to dentist and take my teeth out removal.. what if its make good day. I dont know happy hoilday
