The waiting period is not longer than 10 minutes and they staff were very supportive in regards to informing me what they wanted to accomplish, how long it would take, giving recommendations and being patient with me when I need a break from holding my mouth open. Will book another appointment if I need something done.

Every time I come for a visit I'm greeted as family! Everyone welcomes me and asks how I've been. Then the rooms are so nice and have HD Tv installed. Of course the assistants ask if you like to change the movie which is really nice of them! Then Dr Aguilar is so nice and is willing to answer all your questions and even suggest a few things for you to do to help with your situation. Definitely a 10 star place!

I've always hated going to the dentist, but this place has the best staff EVER! Especially for chickens like me. They are so patient, understanding and friendly. I have my daughter going now, my oldest is going to make an appointment. If you need a dentist for regular check ups or you're in pain this is the place to come. Still hate going to the dentist but at least now I'm not scared on top of that

I highly recommend choosing another dentist office. While the front desk gals are delightful & the female dentist is good,it is still a BAD CHOICE to go here. As a graduate of a top business school I say with full confidence the business practices are ATROCIOUS. They had no regard for my emergency situation. They do not accept checks (which they never said & were rude about. Treated me like I was trying to scam them for attempting to pay with a check). Nevertheless I booked an appt where I lost a days work & had to have an emergency dental procedure delayed because they wouldn't accept a check) I re-booked but next time they didn't accept my credit card payment because it was my father's (which they also didn't say & they needed his physical consent.) Now I have lost another day of work and my emergency dental situation is postponed even further! My dental health is deteriorating as a direct cause of Esthetic Partners Dental Group because they delayed important dental work to meet their payment standards. It should NOT be so hard to give your money to a dental office. I have chosen a better dentist who accepted credit payment & I suggest any reading this steer clear of Esthetic Partners & choose a better dental group.

Hands down the BEST dentist/orthodontist I have ever been to! Dr. Collins remembers you by name and always has a warm attitude. I never cared to go to the dentist before but I honestly look forward to it now. The WHOLE staff is extremely nice and attentive, special shout out to Omar, Nadia and Adriana! You will not be disappointed with this office. They are also extremely clean and you can tell they take COVID precautions seriously. Thank you Dr. Collins and staff!

Great Experience! Dr. Colin is the best orthodontist! Kind, very professional & knows what he's doing. Dr. Aguilar is also great. Explains the work that needs to be done & is very thorough. Cleanliness, kindness, professionalism & caring staff go a long way for me. Shout out to front desk, thank you Brianna & Adriana!
