Very helpful office with a dentist who cares. The office is a family vibe here and the whole staff are very cohesive and work nicely together. They truly provide multiple options and payment plans and really want the best for their patients. They have emergency weekend and on-call services and the office is laid back style and in a pretty central location but off the major street so not too bad in terms of noise or activity. I recommend them and they offer groupon discounts and sometimes even free cleanings.

I love this dental practice! Dr. Steinfeld is one of the nicest dentists I have ever encountered. He took the time to really talk with me and was so knowledgeable and supportive. Patients in the lobby were all speaking highly of the practice, the quality of the work done, and the high ethical and moral standards of everyone who works here! My dental hygienist Nada was so gentle and professional. There was LITERALLY no pain or discomfort at all. The reception staff at the front desk, Mima was so kind, professional, helpful, and lovely in every regard. Without any reservation I can recommend Dr. Steinfeld and his staff to anyone who wants an outstanding dental experience!

I have known Dr. Jackie Johns for a couple of years now and I have always been impressed by his professionalism and commitment to his work! The staff work as a team and it's so noticeable and good to see that kind of environment. THANK YOU DR. JOHN for always providing me with excellent service, oddly to say I look forward to my dental appointment

Christmas Eve I broke a denture. They took me right away. The tech came in to make the repair. It's better than new, he added a bar to reinforce the denture. The cost was more than fair. The staff was very present and helpful. 5 Stars

Back story first: I damaged a tooth on a Thursday evening. By the time I had it professionally assessed by a dentist on Friday, it was too late to have it extracted (it was deemed to be cracked based on the x-rays). Settled for an appointment to have it done first thing on Monday morning. Woke up Saturday morning and the pain was overwhelming. Called 50-60 dental offices from Jacksonville to Boynton Beach looking for one that could do an extraction. The very few that were open couldn't support me. Somehow I found Dr. Johns office number and gave them a call and explained my situation. Dr. Johns called me back personally and told me to drive down to have it done. Further examination by Dr. Johns showed that the tooth could be saved with a root canal which made me happy (hard to believe,right?). All i can say is that Dr. Johns and his office staff were nothing but personable and professional. I'm very happy that he was able to take me on as a patient that day.

I went in very anxious and nervous. I mean who likes to go to the dentist. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. The staff is amazing and attentive. Dr. John made me feel comfortable he explained clearly everything to me and how the treatment would work. The price is fair for what other places charge. I am pleased I will definitely use them for my teeth .

The dentist destroyed my teeth. I needed fillings and he did several but all of them have indents where food gets caught and I can barely chew because they hurt so bad and I can't floss because it's painful. I went in to get them fixed and he had to redo everything, take the fillings out and everything... The second time I went to get them fixed he made it worse and then he got into an argument with a staff member while he was fixing my teeth, it was really uncomfortable, the whole experience has been truly awful. I have to go to a new dentist to fix all the teeth he already "fixed". Spent hundreds of dollars on it and now have to go and get them redone. One of my biggest regrets was choosing this place. The facilities hours are really flexible, the staff members are awesome though but that's the only positive thing.
