Dr. John Estes the III has excellant dental knowledge. He Explain my options and what choices would be in my best interest. I appreciated his concern and professional attention on how to best resolve my dental issue. He appears to genuinely care about the best resolution so the problem does not repeat itself.....I never wanted to go to the dentist office, but I can say that his professional respect for his patients takes my anxiety away. Their policy is for patients to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment. I complied, and still waited 40 minutes past my appointment time. When I asked if I could reschedule, they offered my an appointment 3 months later, instead of trying to get me in sooner. Lousy at keeping up with their own schedule.

You know how people go to the dentist that's the last place anybody wants to go I had a very good experience I didn't know what to expect everything went very smoothly and I didn't feel a thing
