I was scheduled for a 9 am Saturday appointment and left at 9:15 am after leaving two phone messages, because the staff had not arrived yet. I like Dr. Ortega as the dentist, but she needs a reliable and responsible staff that arrives before the patients in order to be ready for their appointments. This is not the first time this has happened, but it is the last time, because I will not be returning to her office. Although it is a convenient location to my home, I would rather go to another location that values the time of their patients. I hope that Dr. Ortega reads this and responds to me because I value my time and she should too! REPLACE YOUR STAFF, THEY ARE COSTING YOU YOUR BUSINESS!

Arrived for my cleaning appointment, asked why I had to fill out paperwork, since I have been to this location previously, one of the owners stated that they have a new system and all previous data was lost,he asked for my license, which I gave him, he started looking at me in a confrontational manner, and I asked him why is he looking at me in that manner, he stated that if I did not like it I could leave, which I did. The point is customers should not be treated in an agressive manner due to the fact that this business owner lost all my personal information. I suggest that no one should go to this unprofesional location.There are also rummors that this doctor is working without proper licensing. I will also be contacting the Beter Business Burea.
