Joey joins our team with over 18 years of dental experience and truly loves all aspects of managing a dental practice. With her combined back and front office experience she can help answer any of your questions or concerns. Joeys top priority is to create exceptional patient experiences with compassion and honesty. When Joey is not working she is spending her time with her husband of 20 years and their three children.
Bethany joined our team in early 2017 as a Registered Dental Assistant. With knowledge ranging from cosmetic to surgical dentistry she is our lead assistant and keeps our back office running smoothly. In her free time she enjoys competing on her horse and spending time with her husband and their two dogs.
Annie joined our team early 2020, she quickly fell in love with all aspects of dentistry! She has since furthered her education and has since become a Registered Dental Assistant. She has brought this knowledge to our front office and is the first face you see when you walk into the door! In her free time she loves gardening and painting.
Naska joined our team in 2017, she obtained her Bachelors of Science and Dental Hygiene Degree from Loma Linda University in 2013. Having lived in San Diego for the last 17 years she considers this home. In her free time she enjoys a good brunch spot and rooting for her favorite team the Kansas City Chiefs.
Dr. Neglerio is a native to San Diego. In 2014, the American Dental Association awarded her with a certificate for International Volunteer Service for her work organizing trips and volunteering to serve underprivileged communities in Honduras, Panama and Jamaica, as well as local communities in Sacramento and Indio. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine and graduated from the University of California, San Francisco School of Dentistry. Dr. Neglerio completed her residency in Honolulu, Hawaii and has recently been practicing in Rancho Penasquitos.
She enjoys the outdoors and being in the water. She likes snowboarding, hiking, camping, scuba diving and surfing. She is a fan of the Chargers even though they have been breaking her heart a little lately.

No one enjoys going to the dentist but my experience wasn't bad at all everyone there is nice and polite and it was pretty comfortable I highly recommend this dentist

They are awesome!!! I can't say enough about them. Dr. Brilliant and Dr. Neglerio are great. I always feel comfortable with them. The dental hygienists are amazing (no dental shaming). The whole office is friendly and helpful. Mary has been a godsend for our family. Her knowledge of dental insurance has helped us out tremendously. I love my dentist! ( who the heck says that?)

When you get to be a certain age, you spend your time schlepping around from doctor to doctor. As someone who spends a great deal of time in doctors' offices I have to say that our experience with the entire team at Brilliant Dental really stands out from the rest. Dr. Brilliant really takes his time to get to know me and my husband and understand our health conditions. I've always hated going to the dentist but I find myself really looking forward to our visits. I have found a dentist that I can trust and I can actually say that I have fun going to the dentist!

I'm petrified of the dentist. But I went in today and had the best experiance in the whole world. The staff were so kind to me and I reqlly appreciated that. I would highly recommend Estates Dental to anybody.

Dr. Brilliant has a gentle touch, which is important to me because I have extremely sensitive teeth. I can't just see any dentist so I'm so glad that a few different friends told me about the office. Also the staff is friendly and helpful.

I fell and chipped my front tooth while walking my dog at 8:45 at night. I work crazy hours and am so busy that I just can't take off from work -- Nor can I show up to work missing half my front tooth. I called my dentist but there was no answer. I knew that my friend goes to Dr. Brilliant so I called his office. I got through on the emergency line. He came in early the next morning for a 7:15 appointment and did a phenomenal job. I never expected the color and texture to look EXACTLY the same. It was such an upsetting experience and being treated with kindness and skill made all the difference!
