Absolutely great service. The staff was very nice and helpful. The doctor himself (Dr. Ko) was very gentle and very conscientious of patient comfort. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, and I felt very well taken care of. Least stressful cleaning of my life.

We have been seeing Dr. Ko for several years now. He is wonderful! He explains what needs to be done and why. He is also very gentle when dealing with kids or adults. Highly recommend him.

I just went to Essex Dental Care for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. I saw Dr. Nishisaki and, unlike other dental offices I've been to, she provided all of the dental cleaning and care (usually, a tech cleans my teeth and the doctor briefly flits in at other dentists I've gone to). She did a thorough job with the cleaning and helpfully explained exactly what she saw on the x-rays and photos and what that meant as far as dental care she would recommend. She also has a great tool I had never experienced before that props open the mouth and sucks up extra saliva while she is doing the cleaning... no more having to ache and hold my mouth open as wide as possible wondering if I'm doing an ok job! I will definitely be going back and continuing to see Dr. Nishisaki. I couldn't recommend her and the practice more highly!

Her skill in dental treatment is the best among the dentists I have visited in US. She is always very kind to me even though I always have difficulties in keeping open my mouth. Had intensive work done, never ever felt any pain nor discomfort . On time, very polite an informative. I would highly recommend an go back. Well I'm back for yearly visit 2019/2020. Teeth are doing good. I love this dentist do much. I would highly recommend this dentist with 100% awesomeness, as far as pain, thorough, patient, good listener, reasonable pricing, they make themselves available. I would always recommend them,I go to the male doctor that's there,I won't go to anybody else until the day I have to move out of this state.

First, to clear things up - this practice is now run by Dr Kazuko Nishisaki and Dr Hua-Hsin Ko. Dr Habboush or Dr Sandler is no longer here (I was never Dr Habboush's patient.) Setting that aside, my wife and I had great appointments with Dr Kazuko. We came in for routine dental appointments and found Dr K to be meticulous and careful. She explained what she noticed with our teeth, and did not push for unnecessary or expensive procedures. She also did a good job with my wife's filling. Her staff are also friendly and polite. it was easy to schedule our appointments. We'll be back for our regular check-ups.

Have had 3 visits with Dr. Nishizaki, very happy with the results. She performed regular fillings where other doctors suggested much more expensive root canals. I'm happy to have switched over and will be making my regular checkups with her from now on.

Dr. Sandler is cheap and relatively convenient, but only does a cursory job on your teeth. I'm confident that if I had an actual dental problem, it would be missed and I would have to go somewhere else. In addition, Dr. Sandler will try to sell you various orthodontic products every time you sit in his chair. I've never been convinced of their necessity, so I'm pretty sure he's in it solely for the money. Better to avoid this dentist.
