Dr. Adu-Sarkodie is not only well credentialed and highly competent, (I speak as a doctor myself) but she is also very pleasant, takes her time with you. She explained everything thouroughly and well. She clearly cares about what she does, and cares about her patients. Her support staff is also very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this practice. She is quite gentle as well for you fearful folk.

NO COMPASSION! My 10 year old son needed a root canal and was in a lot pain. We showed up at 7:54 for a 7:45 appointment and they wouldn't see him. They told us we would need to reschedule for next week. Apparently its better to keep a schedule then actually help a child in pain.

NO COMPASSION! My 10 year old son needed a root canal and was in a lot pain. We showed up at 7:54 for a 7:45 appointment and they wouldn't see him. They told us we would need to reschedule for next week. Apparently its better to keep a schedule then actually help a child in pain.

Was referred to her for an infection in my root canal.. she was very very honest in helping me make my mind up as to what route I should take.. in my situation she advised removal of tooth and eventually an implant.. I highly recommend her! Didn't charge me for explaining why or her time I would put my trust in her because I love honesty!

I am very glad that I chose E.E. and Dr. Sarkodie for the consultation i needed to address my dental problem. She and her staff were so extremely knowledgeable and professional that I felt completely at ease and trusted the Dr's. opinion. The scan of my jaw indicated that a root canal was going to be of no use to me, so rather than try to sell me a service that was not necessary, Dr. Sardokie referred my to two other local Dr.'s that have also been wonderful. On a personal note, I was thrilled to find a female practitioner as I strongly believe that highly skilled women bring to the table a sincere and understanding attitude that one can not always find in a male dominated field.

Unprofessional and inappropriate. Bait and switch. When my daughter went to her appointment she handed her insurance card to Jane, who was working as the receptionist. My daughter was told via telephone call and in person, that Essential Endodontics took her insurance. Once my daughter was seen she went to leave and was told that Essential Endodontics did not take her insurance and she owed $150. When my daughter called to contest the charge, Jane, hung up on her. I called and asked to speak to office the manager, but Jane would not put the calls through. This company is bait and switch. They say they take your insurance, see you, and then tell you they do not take your insurance and you're stuck with a bill.
