Dr Patel and his assistant took great care of my tooth. I'm very impressed with this office. Very clean and friendly staff. Being a retired Dental Hygienist, I look for all the red flags. I found none

Getting a root canal done isn't my favorite thing to do but this place made it a great experience. They got me in immediately, I never had to wait at any point. They were very fast, efficient, professional, and did a great job. The hygienist/assistant (sorry! I'm not sure what her job title is and I don't mean to offend!) she was phenomenal. She even noticed that I was cold and gave me a blanket during my root canal. Haha! The doctor was very informative, knowledgeable, efficient, and REALLY good at what she does! I have no complaints, just praises about this place!

Dr. Martinez had done one of my root canals years back and was so pleased with the outcome. Fast forward 3 years later and my regular dentist told me I would need a specialist again because I had a crown on tooth that needed root canal. I was happy it was Dr. Martinez. They got me in the following day!!! No more pain. Shoutout to Esperanza who made me laugh alot during the prep and x-rays. Those two worked great together and front desk girs were super friendly as well! Thank you!

Essential Endodontics Is an amazing place the staff is caring, kind and very very patient not to mention how gentle the doctor was to my wife. We came there because of a very bad root canal that my wife received in 2014. She was in soooo much pain it got into her nerves and her face had swollen to the size of grapefruit. Sad part the bad root canal decided to flare up late Friday evening so she had to endure this pain the whole weekend until we could get to a specialist. No one could help not even the ER knew what to do so they sent us home. Strong meds nope ice nope nothing could help with the pain. She cried all day and night the whole weekend didn't eat couldn't sleep it was really painful to see and hear. Broke my heart really it did into pieces seeing there was nothing at all I could do to help her. We searched and searched for help to no avail until GOD blessed her to find this place. They took us in on short notice on a early Monday morning. We were seen and the rest is history. My wife's face is back to its beautiful self, pain all gone and we owe it all to GOD first then Essential Endodontics.

I had a very good experience at Essential Endodontics! Their staff was friendly and professional. They, along with Dr. Martinez, explained in detail the procedure which was helpful since a root canal isn't an everyday experience! I was impressed by the entire experience.

My dentist referred me to Essential Endontics in Burleson. I went there and saw Dr Martinez last week as a new self pay patient. His assistant was very nice and did the X-rays, percussion test, and cold test. Dr Martinez came in, introduced himself, seemed very pleasant. I told him why I was there, not in any pain, and that my Dr saw some resorption going on. Dr Martinez told me there's definitely something going on according to the X-ray but we will need to do a 3D X-ray to see internally(which my Dr said he will probably do). Dr Martinez said ok let me get that set up. Next in comes the front desk girl who hands me a sheet saying $360. I'm like is this for todays total, yes ma'am. How much is just the office visit and X-rays? $160. So the 3D X-ray is $195? Yes ma'am. I said no thanks! She said ok let me see if Dr wants to go over anything with you, she came back and said ok let's go up front and I'll check you out. Then the letter he sent my dentist was a complete LIE! It said that I was informed of needing a root canal and that I chose NOT to have it. It also said the issues of what will happen if I don't get it done along with issues of my other teeth not aligning correctly, infections, and periodontal issues. Also said "if I decide to do root canal then to contact office" Absolutely NONE of this is true! The ONLY thing I refused was his $195 3D X-ray which he didn't mention in his letter. Another issue I have is that he didn't come back in the room at all, no thank you, no good bye, no have a good day, nothing! New patient or not, no one should be treated like this! I will not go back nor will I refer anyone to him!

My experience was absolutely amazing! I had a retreatment on my root canal done by Dr. Loth. She gets you in and gets you out. She knows exactly what she's doing and explains everything so thoroughly. Madi, the 1st assistant was so helpful and was there to guide through every step of the process. I will definitely be coming back if I need anything else done and highly highly recommend! Thank you guys so much for this amazing experience.

I wanted to send a big thank you for all your staff did. The office staff, for getting me seen within an hour of calling. Esperenza, the wonderful dental assistant who was so kind. Dr Martinez, the doctor who did the root canal. He had a great bedside manner and he truly cared about any pain I might have. And the root canal went great. Thank you from the girl who called on a Friday afternoon with an emergency root canal.
