If I give this place zero I would. My girl came here a few years back and We're still recuperating from the damage in sep 2022 from August 2020 when we visited essential dental. Came in for a cleaning and check-up my girl needed a filling, she did the filling drilled to far and hit the NERVE. That's not even the bad part not only was she in excruciating pain, but had to go get a root canal at a other dentist and pay outta pocket. Next thing there's a crown that was supposed to be GREAT quality wind up chipping now has to pay outta pocket for another crown. Smh don't waste your time.

I've attended Essential Dental for a few years. It's close to home. Very clean and comfortable environment . Exceptional Service. Everyone is respectful & professional. The assistants are well trained. I use to always hate going to the dentist but since I started coming here I don't mind at all. She's the best dentist in my book. She's very educated and she takes her work seriously. During my visits I would try to listen and understand the "dentist language" I called it in my head lol when she spoke to her assistants. Of course I could only understand minimal of what she was saying. I was so impressed with her knowledge. I've stopped going for a while and came back and I was treated like I never left. Such a warm approach from Dr. Gupta. She doesn't just treat you as patient but like a friend as well. She shows concern for your well being. Shes gentle. She's warm and personable. She has been a great help to me and I'm grateful. In these hard times you need a place like Essential Dental that's going to welcome you with open arms. I would highly recommend her service to anyone.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Gupta! She's the best dentist I've ever had. I've had headaches on and off for years and she's the only dentist who's ever closely examined my teeth well enough to suggest a mouth guard. Her staff were all so incredibly nice, respectful, and accommodating of my work schedule. I scheduled a clean-up during work and honestly, they were SO quick and efficient that I was in & out with time to spare. Highly recommend them. I've told my entire family about this practice, and my mother's already decided to switch from her dentist of 10 years.

My child went to see Dr. Gupta for a cavity. The experience was phenomenal from the front desk to fixing the cavity itself. Dr.Gupta was so gentle with my little one, and talked her through the whole experience. Due to her gentle care my little one didn't cry once. I would recommend this dentist office for both adults and kids. Dr. Gupta is a great dentist. Definitely going back.

Dr Gupta is the TRUTH!!!!! Her bed side manner is amazing..She's makes you feel comfortable and very down to earth!!!! I had a tooth extraction and I felt nothing(even though I still moved around like I did lol). I'm one of those people that hated the dentist...I LOVE MY DENTIST

Doctor Gupta and the entire Essential Dental Staff is the real deal. From the front desk to the entire process, my experience was handled with authentic care. This is coming from a person that has a dental phobia, created by a bad, young adult dental experience. which led to criminal charges of that practice. Dr. Gupta, spotted my dental anxiety right away, and offered all the options that would make my experience go exactly how it went on June, 2 2019, Absolutely, flawless and more importantly with the skills of a professional along with the TLC of the entire Essential Dental Family. If you or someone you know has a Dental phobia, while nothing is guaranteed, I am certain that you will echo the same thoughts my review is indicating on this post, and will not regret coming to Essential Dental - They are the real deal! She is a no-nonsense dentist in that she cares deeply about the health and care of her patients and ensures that they have access to the most modern medical and dental care. Further, Dr. Gupta and her team carefully work in tandem to ensure the safe and professional treatment that each patient rightfully deserves. Both Dr. Gupta and her staff treat each patient with respect and kindness and make you feel welcome in her practice. As she treats her patients, she takes the time to carefully explain exactly what she is doing and why. If you have any questions or concerns, Dr. Gupta will address them to your satisfaction. Dr. Gupta also works with patients and their insurance companies to ensure that all financial matters are met in a timely fashion and with hardly any burden on the patient; Dr. Gupta cares about her patients not money. An added plus is that Dr. Gupta keeps in contact with her patients. There is no guess work as to when services will be provided or needed. If you are looking for a great dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Gupta's services to you and your family!

After many years of not seeing a dentist, I finally went to Dr. Gupta's office. Though I have several more issues we're going to tackle soon, I already know that Dr. Gupta is going to take good care of me (and my family). She loves teaching her patients, and even drew out a diagram of the procedure I'll need to have done so that I would feel more comfortable. I had NO pain the day after my first deep cleaning and filling treatment in 7+ years, and I feel like I'm in control of my oral health again. Thanks to Dr. Gupta, Shilpa and staff, my dentist-related anxiety is not going to control me anymore.

I've been seeing dr. Gupta for 7 years. When you trust a doctor you stick with them! My child has special needs and her bedside manner and approach was beyond the call of duty! The massage chair she recently added isn't half bad either!!!!!

Dr Gupta is an amazing dentist. She always displays a genuine amount of care for your well being, Her office is beautiful. Dr Gupta and her staff are friendly and professional.You feel at ease.The office is spotless , well organized and welcoming. I highly recommend Essential Dental .
