Dr. Patrick Larosiliere is an orthodontist.He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and a certificate in orthodontics from Howard University. He has also completed a general practice residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital.
Dr. Patrick has been in private practice since 1998. Dr. Patrick maintains professional memberships with the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, and the Maryland State Dental Association. He is also a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
Regional Manager of Operations, Porscha Jenifer has been with the practice since May 2010. Ms. Jenifer a Maryland native who enjoys living and working within the community she was raised. Ms. Jenifer stimulate the growth of our practices by providing staff training and developmental support which ensures that all staff demonstrate knowledge of our business model, protocols and procedures. In conjunction with the Essence Dental Care doctorand staff, Porscha strives to give back to the community one smile at a time.
Zelalem (Zee) Obtained her Dental hygiene certificate from Howard University in 2010 and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene in in 2014 from University Of Maryland - School of Dentistry. She has been practicing dental hygiene since 2010 and has been adding more training's and certificates such as local anesthesia administration. Zee was awarded the best clinician of her class in Dental School and takes pride in providing excellent care to each and every patient. Zee enjoys working with patients and educating patients and others about oral health. Zee is married and has three sons and enjoys spending time with her family.

Absolutely love. The dental assistant with the short cut that's blonde is heaven cent !! Also the dentist with the sister locs & glasses is heaven cent !! Thanks for a great experience!!

This is a fantastic dental office. I was so nervous when I had to choose a new dentist but everyone here has proven themselves very professional and compassionate! The front desk staff have always been very polite and I appreciate them calling to give me reminders. I will absolutely sing Dr Adidara and his assistants praises because they are fantastic! I've never had someone fill so many cavities for me in one sitting, I was truly amazed. I didn't wanna believe him at first when he said I wouldn't need numbing for my procedure but he was right AND I was able to eat immediately after! Love this office! UPDATE: I have now also been seen by a cleaning technician, Avi, and she was WONDERFUL. This is literally the first time in my adult life I wasn't squirming in pain. She was so kind and compassionate, I literally can't say enough nice things about this place!

In my 10 years of using Google, I've never felt prompted enough to write a review for any establishment. This place is going to kill someone with their incompetence. Listen To the other reviews, I really wish I had :(. The most poorly managed place I have ever have the misfortune to visit. "Kia" is the office manager and refused to provide a last name (lol), even though a Google search and a call back at the right time would yield the results. It's very sad when the attitude of a person totally dominates the atmosphere of the work place (this becomes more obvious as the number of workers there willing to turn on her increases). Every person I spoke to would like to blame the next, with two different receptionists telling me to call back at certain times to reach a "better" person to talk to. This place mismanaged my records for 9 weeks while a tooth rotted inside of my face and made me sick with a 104 fever before I have to undergo an emergency extraction. These ladies don't know what on earth the are doing. The dentists, however, are very kind and do their job dutifully and without qualm.

This place is getting one star because no choice. Very unprofessional, long wait times even if your in pain, have to constantly call them to check up on status of pre authorizations, staff constantly turning over as if they are students working for hours, dentist will leave from working on your teeth and work on someone else, office manager never returns calls, and rude once asked to email all previous information and X-rays to new dentist. LONG STORY SHORT STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THE OFFICE IS NO GOOD!!!!!! PROTECT YOUR TEETH AND SANITY.

This place used to be awesome. Now, literally everyone has the same bad attitude. Everyone acts like they hate working there or being there period. The dentist talks to you for 2seconds and says ok make an appt for such and such and walks away. Also they barely answer the phone. If you want a dentist that actually cares about your teeth and not just drilling and filling, please DON'T GO here. THIS IS A FOR PROFIT ONLY Dentist not a dentist that helps you achieve and maintain a healthy mouth. You will regret going here. Look at the other reviews!

I do not recommend Essence Dental Care for any dental services. They consistently reschedule your appointments. The front desk associates lack the simple knowledge of scheduling appointments and informing patients of office protocols. If you are looking for excellent dental care, I suggest you do not go to this establishment.

First time patient with this office and I had a great experience. I'm looking at a root canal and fill-ins. All the staff were very professional and friendly. The area was clean and welcoming. I look forward to the work they'll be doing for me !

I have been coming here for years. I actually used to like this place. I loved how many people of color and of youthful age worked there but I started to notice EVERY TIME I VISIT THERE'S ALWAYS SOMEONE NEW (Dr.s and Hygienist). The turnover rate is way too high. (Not good at all). Also you can have an APPOINTMENT and still wait for damn near an hour before ur called back, they NEVER ANSWER the phones and are appearing to be very ghetto for a dental office. It's convenient as far as location but I'll rather travel and be attended to than not get service or quality service!!

If I could give zero stars I would. First off when I called to schedule my appointment, the young lady was very rude and dry. I have been coming there periodically for treatment since I have always come there for some treatment. The doctors are new every time I come. The front desk is always new. No one ever knows what I am coming on for and never care to find out. I have to tell them what I need instead of them doing their do-diligence to find out what I need. It literally doesn't take that long to see what I need. Today I wasted a whole hour because someone scheduled me incorrectly to begin with. The doctor never introduced herself, then blamed me for messing up her schedule. Excuse me, since when is it the patients fault that your schedule is messed up? The front desk is very rude. I called to speak to a manager they told me "everyone is busy right now!" That was it. If anybody schedule was messed up, it was mine. They are very unprofessional and I would never send anyone here to get any work done. The doctor was about to stick the needle in my mouth with no topical. I asked for topical she rubbed in on my gums and the immediately stuck the needle in my gums. If you are looking for patient care DO NOT GO HERE> They do not care. The doctor also asked what kind of insurance I had and asked if I paid. I'm just blown away! Ridiculous!!

First and foremost I had an appointment today at 3pm. This appointment has been scheduled for 6 months for a routine checkup!!!!!!!!! I also received an text instructing me to reply C to confirm which I did. I arrived today at 2:50pm to be informed that the office closes at 3pm on Friday's now! UNACCEPTABLE! I left my job early today and for what????!!!! I'm beyond angry! I've been coming to this location for close to a decade, but Essence Dental just lost a customer because I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT INSIDE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN EVER!!!!! I will be finding another dentist! I suggest you find a way to contact all customers to inform them several weeks ahead of time regarding the time change. If took me an hour to drive from Glen Burnie, MD to this location! The employees didn't care at all! I wanted to speak to a manager right away but I was given a business card to contact the manager. I know that will lead anywhere! Do better and stop wasting customers time! THATS NOT RIGHT!
