Dr. Salvatore Esposito is an orthodontist in Staten Island, New York who specializes in providing superb orthodontic care to children and adults. To stay current with the most modern clinical and diagnostic orthodontic techniques, he attends continuing education conferences and forums on a regular basis as well as giving lectures to other dentists at various meetings and study clubs.
Dr. Richard Saccaro is an orthodontist in Staten Island, New York who also specializes in providing superb orthodontic care to children and adults. Dr. Richard Saccaro, as well as his brother Dr. Kenneth Saccaro, have been serving the Staten Island dental community for more than 35 years.
Dr. Saccaro obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry where he graduated in the top of his class. He earned a certificate in orthodontics from Washington University. While in his orthodontic residency, Dr. Richard Saccaro obtained his master's degree, an additional honor.

It is my strong belief that all businesses deserve patronage and appreciation. However, I must express my disappointment in the communication that I have had with Dr. Esposito 's office management over the past four years. Dr. Esposito treated me through the process of Invisalign for almost two years. At one point, Dr. Esposito overlooked ordering my Invisalign trays for almost three months. When I kept inquiring about it, it seemed like my requests were put on the back burner. Dr. Esposito did eventually correct the issue. However, I was never looked upon with courtesy from his office management afterward. The cost of my Invisalign with Dr. Esposito costed me $10,000 out of pocket. When the job was complete, I was fitted with the proper retainer for my bottom teeth, but merely a plastic Invisalign tray for my top teeth. This tray even needed to be compromised when I had dental work because the tray, which is plastic and temporary, would not accommodate this. At the time, I believed that Dr. Esposito could correct this situation. However, due to delays caused by Covid, it could not be corrected at that time. I was even told by Dr. Esposito when I completed my last visit of Invisalign that he would provide me with a top retainer, comparable to my bottom retainer, free of charge. When I called his office to express this - the office denied that this was ever told to me. I was told that I needed new impressions that costed $250.00 and currently $350.00. This cost I'm sure does not cover a new appliance retainer for my top teeth which I should have been properly fitted for when my Invisalign work was completed. This morning there was a discrepancy about my appointment. When I initially called for the appointment, on July 28th. immediately recorded the appointment correctly on my calendar for August 22nd. I was told by the office this morning that I missed my appointment on July 22, 2022. How could I have missed my appointment on July 22nd, if I made the appointment on July 28th?? However, Dr. Esposito's office told me plainly that it was MY error. They would not even consider that the error could have been made by their own office. This morning I am seeking a new orthodontist. I had hoped that the poor treatment that I have received by Dr. Esposito's office management was something that I was being too sensitive about or taking too personally all this time, but I am sure that their discourteousness this morning was for me, their former patient, who always adhered to appointment and payments. I must stress that Dr. Esposito's Dental hygienists are caring individuals and Dr. Esposito did correct the delay in my Invisalign trays when I had the only issue with my treatment, even though it delayed my treatment for over two months - which is sensitive when a patient is in the process of orthodontic work. This is the first google review I have ever composed and I don't take pleasure in writing it. I believe that Dr. Esposito's office could have handled this situation differently especially when I was traveling two and half hours to make my appointment. My overall concern that I put my trust in Dr. Esposito as a referral by my dentist and I am left disillusioned by the maintenance my Invisalign treatment and the continual response of the staff.

Absolutely outstanding office!! From the receptionists and support staff to Dr Esposito himself, everyone there is an absolute blessing! I was very nervous to go since I had previously been told elsewhere that my dental malformations were a complicated issue and that I likely would not be a candidate for invisible aligners or that I would need to have 2-3 tooth extractions to have any aligners. Yet when I came to Dr Esposito's office, Regina, Vi, and Dr Esposito quickly made me feel at home. Despite the office being understaffed due to employees calling out sick that day, they quickly and efficiently got through all of us on time! They explain everything clearly and in detail, with no surprises and are very well organized. They answered all of my questions and made me feel so comfortable, but best of all they got me started right away with the aligners I wanted with no extractions or delays necessary!! They truly care about the patients and made a potentially complicated situation into a piece of cake!! They make me actually look forward to going back for more visits!! Thank you so much Regina, Vi, Dr Esposito and the rest of the crew, you are all amazing!!

The staff here is fantastic. Even when they're extra busy they are the sweetest, friendliest, most accommodating bunch you'll find. They are so personable and always remember little things - they truly form meaningful relationships with their clients. Dr. Sal might be one of my favorite people, ever. My daughter was quite young when she started early intervention and he's taken such great care of her, always making sure she is comfortable... And now, he's treating me with the same comforting care, making sure I'm coping well at every visit. Concerns are always addressed and questions are always answered. Dr. Sal is great at reading his patients and knows who he can joke around with which can make visits fun. It's like stopping by to see your buddy! While neither my daughter or I have completed treatment we know many children (and some adults) who have, and everyone is pleased with their results. This office does quite well by word of mouth so they definitely don't need the review - but if you're unfamiliar with them, reading this review, and wondering if you should check them out... You definitely should.

My experience at this office has always been the best. Sal has bedside manner and answers all my questions. The girls working there are great! I was referred by a co-worker and I a few people to him. I also get seen quickly when I am there on time.
