I WAS 10 MINUTES EARLY FOR 8:00 AM TEETH CLEANING AND THE OFFICE WOULD NOT LET ME IN THE DOOR. STOOD OUTSIDE FOR 3 MINITES LOOKING AT THE DESK GIRL. I LEFT AND CAME BACK AT 8:10.

We were recommended to this practice by a neighbor when we moved to Rock Hill almost five years ago. So pleased we joined Espinall and Willis. Everyone who works here, dentists, hygienists, front desk staff, are all delightfully friendly, welcoming, professional and super good at their jobs. A fabulous practice.

Great experience. Super hard to get numb and stay numb but Dr. Espinal manage today had a crown replaced and some decay removed on last tooth bottom left. I have been going here almost my whole life, first with Dr. Hook. I still love it even though I will always miss Dr. Hook. I highly recommend the practice.

I have really enjoyed my experience here. The lady at the front (so sorry I can't think of her name is awesome and sweet). Wesley is always so kind and does a lovely job picking up conversation where we previously left off to ask about my life. Overall, it is a very personal and pleasant experience.

I have been going to this dental practice for over a year now. They are so very professional, patient, and kind. You know you are getting quality care. I was so pleased when I found out that they treat children. Today I brought my two sons for their first cleaning. Shannon was so wonderful with them, as they came in pretty nervous. She explained everything she was doing and let the kids play a role in their cleaning, other than just lying there. Her friendly conversation and sweetness put them at ease. In the end they got toothbrushes, floss, toothpaste, a prize from a prize basket, stickers, and even a small tour of the facility. Lol! My boys wanted to come back... like tomorrow! That's saying something. Everyone here is a gem. They want to know you and care for you as a whole person. Get to know them, too. Yes, somehow it can be done in the midst of getting your teeth cleaned. Haha! They are pretty incredible people. Today I found out that Shannon's dad used to own the practice. She has seen it through all the changes. Don't hesitate in making a call to set up your appointment for you and your loved ones. You won't regret it!

Very professional. Great service. I had a chipped tooth that needed a crown and the staff booked an appointment for me the very next day at the Baxter location. The procedure required local anesthetic which Espinal was able to give with no pain. My new crown was custom made on-site with cutting edge technology. The entire procedure lasted about 75 minutes. Very satisfied.

This practice used to take Delta Dental insurance. As a result when they went out of network and they told me most patients were only paying a few dollars out of pocket once they were out of network. In order to keep the same hygentist I took my hygienist at her word that it would be a minimal charge, a "few dollars". Instead, my insurance which normally covers teeth cleaning 100% in network paid $121 of a $293 cleaning bill. There'd be NO WAY I'd ever agree to pay $172 for what has always been a "free teeth" cleaning. They are not honest and I would avoid going here ever again. Furthermore, they were not willing to be true to their word and wouldn't discount this one penny. Needless to say I've found an ethical dentist and will never go back here. If there was a negative 5 star rating I'd give it!

If there was a way to leave 0 stars, I would have! Delta insurance it is now out of network. They saw me mere days after they terminated their contract with delta and I was not notified by the front desk at check in. When films were taken, I said I agree IF my insurance will cover the cost of them. The hygienist said it should and proceeded to do them. When I called my insurance they say they terminated their contract on March 18th and I was seen approx March 24th. I'm told by Espinal and Willis' office that I was sent an email and letter stating that they were no longer in network. I searched my email back through 2017 and no email was sent. I never saw a letter. I only saw a bill for over 200 dollars with comprehensive dental plan. I'm taken back that the office takes absolutely zero responsibility in their lack of notifying me in person when I checked in and asked before X-rays taken. I will pay the bill but they have lost my business and my respect. I don't want their omission of the truth to affect someone else that may have the same insurance and end up with a huge bill. After years of paying to see this office, I trusted them to be honest. I am a loyal customer and was treated like this. NOTHING was offered to remedy the situation or to keep my business.
