I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment and was greeted by Janet who was professional and friendly. She copied my ID and offered me a beverage while I waited. I waited less than 5 minutes and Christy took me back for X-rays and prep we talked and she made me feel comfortable. When Dr Willis came in he numbed me up and took his time replacing my filling. He stopped at intervals making sure I was not in any pain. This office is friendly, knowledgeable,and professional. I would recommend to anyone, especially those with a fear of the dentist office like me.

Janet, Wesley, and Dr Espinal was very helpful. Janet was detailed in her job and effectively had all my paperwork and insurance information In their system prior to my appointment. Wesley went above and beyond showing me before and after pictures, spending a little extra time cleaning the teeth that needed more care, explaining all of her processes and what is best for aftercare. She truly cares about her patients and their health. Dr Espinal was very thorough and even screened me for oral cancer. I've never had a doctor office go above and beyond as they have here. The communication between all of these people was without a doubt 100% effective. I strongly encourage these group professionals to anyone who needs dental work performed.

This practice used to take Delta Dental insurance. As a result when they went out of network and they told me most patients were only paying a few dollars out of pocket once they were out of network. In order to keep the same hygentist I took my hygienist at her word that it would be a minimal charge, a "few dollars". Instead, my insurance which normally covers teeth cleaning 100% in network paid $121 of a $293 cleaning bill. There'd be NO WAY I'd ever agree to pay $172 for what has always been a "free teeth" cleaning. They are not honest and I would avoid going here ever again. Furthermore, they were not willing to be true to their word and wouldn't discount this one penny. Needless to say I've found an ethical dentist and will never go back here. If there was a negative 5 star rating I'd give it!

From the front desk to the hygienists to Dr. Willis - this office is incredible! Family dentist feel while simultaneously offering advanced solutions and technology. I can see myself coming here for decades! The explanations that they provided and solutions they offered already are above and beyond ANY previous dentists I've visited.

From reception to examination and procedure, I was put at ease right away by the welcoming environment and exceptional skills of the friendly professionals that work here. They were all very thorough and worked with precision and care using state-of-the-art equipment. I feel truly taken care of and am looking forward to future appointments.

Very professional and precise dentistry there. Dr. Willis and Espinal are both very personable and good at what they do! Their in house dental plan is a big plus too for those of us who do not have dental insurance! Only wish they were open 5 days a week instead of 4! If something happens that makes for a long weekend!

This dental practice has always been very professional and able to fix any of my dental issues in their office with quick solutions. No need for a temporary fix. Permanent replacements are made in the office in one visit.

I had a wonderful routine visit today with my hygienist, Samantha and Dr Espinal. Everyone in the office is always friendly, proficient and I didn't have to wait. The office has all the latest state of the art dental equipment and I can rest assured that I am getting the very best dental care and treatment!

Dr. Espinal has a great team, especially Ashley! .....2 years later and my family and I still love this office. Dr. Willis is wonderful and his team are great. Janet at the Fort Mill front desk is always a pleasure and extremely helpful. Huge thank you to Dr. Willis, Brittany and Maggie from my most recent visit.

These are the nicest and most professional people I have met in a long time at Dr Espinal &Willis' office. From Check in to check out with Brittany getting X-rays set to fix my crown to Dr Gonzalez getting the work done an excellent experience at the dentist office. I highly recommend them for any dental work.

I am soooo excited to have found a Dentistry to call my own. I am off to a fresh start with my dental health. My first visit was very informative and my second visit was major work but performed with comfort and so much care. Everyone there have great personalities and they are very friendly. Dr. Willis is very professional and he made me feel very confident with his practice and the future care of my dental health. I would recommend anyone to visit them!!! THANK YOU!

Kind dental team from time you enter until time you depart, no-waiting at appointment time, efficient cleaning/routine care, walkable from home...what's not to love? Dr Willis and Dr Brown are thorough and spent quality time with me as a patient. The hygienists are all excellent - even pausing and removing tools when asking questions.
