Dr. Michael Fabian has had extensive training with Invisalign, dermal fillers, non-surgical endodontics, and dental implant surgery. He is dedicated to bringing innovative 3D printing technology to his dental practice.

Monique was born in Yorkshire, England and has resided in Pasco for over 30 years. Monique is a Dental Hygienist and has been practicing since 2006 after having graduated from the Pasco Hernando State College. Monique enjoys comprehensive care and pays attention to the little details that make all the difference. She genuinely seeks to connect with her patients and help them meet their hygiene goals.

Rose has been a dental hygienist since 2011. She earned an Associate of Arts degree and an Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene degree from Pasco Hernando State College. She went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from St. Petersburg College. Rose is meticulous, gentle, and treats her patients with kindness. She enjoys helping people improve their oral health. Rose lives in New Port Richey with her husband and son. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, baking, shopping, and spending time with family.

Anna joined the Esi dental team in 2021 with 6 years of experience in the dental field. She attended Pasco Hernando State College dental assisting school and is currently attending Rasmussen University School of Nursing. In her spare time, Anna enjoys spending time with her daughter, and traveling.

Tami has called New Port Richey her home since 1970. She boasts over 25 years of experience as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant after having worked for her childhood dentist all the way up to his retirement. Tami most values the relationships and camaraderie with her patients and her team. She truly has a passion for dentistry.

Nancy is originally from Pittsburgh, PA and resides in Spring Hill, FL. She has been a Dental Assistant for over 25 years. Nancy has served patients in the United States Army while abroad with her husband in Germany, where they lived for 15 years. She is highly skilled in all aspects of dentistry including cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, treatment planning and preventative care. In her free time, Nancy enjoys cooking, spending time with her family and dogs, and creating awesome gifts with her artistic skills.

Valerie has been working as an Office Manager with over 35 years of experience. She prides herself in being highly personable, approachable and always finding ways to make our patients comfortable and at ease. She values the close relationship she has with our team and our patients, making for a family-type atmosphere.

Kayli is from Clearwater, FL and she has been a Medical Assistant since 2010. Kayli enjoys helping people and making them laugh. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children, family, and friends. She also enjoys going to the beach and rollerblading.

Diamond earned a certificate in Expanded Functions Dental Assisting from Pasco Hernando State College in 2018. She is upbeat with a passion for dentistry that is driven by patient satisfaction. Diamond is very knowledgeable and loves to help her patients better understand their treatment and feel comfortable throughout their dental visit.

Paradis Esi, DDS, is the owner and doctor at Esi Cosmetic & General Dentistry in New Port Richey, Florida. Originally born in Europe, Dr. Esi has lived in the greater Tampa area since his childhood. He attended the University of Miami on a full scholarship, where he received a Bachelor of Science in neuroscience. He then earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the Medical College of Virginia and graduated with honors. Dr. Esi has worked with the United States Veterans at the US Dept of Veterans Affairs as well as private practice prior to settling back in his hometown of Tampa.

Dr. Esi has been voted into Tampa Bays Top Dentists by Tampa Style Magazine and has twice been featured on 102.5 FM the Bone Healthcare Radio. He has been a Certified Invisalign Gold Level provider and sees patients for general/family dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and Invisalign.

Dr. Esi resides in Pasco County with his wife, Farnoush, and his dog Milo. They enjoy spending time at home, grilling, enjoying margaritas, and working out. The Esi family is also active in their church and finding ways to give back to the community.

Dr. Michael Fabian, DMD, is a Florida native, having grown up on the east coast in Ormond Beach. He is a National Honor Society graduate from Spruce Creek High School with a diploma from the International Baccalaureate program where he was also awarded the Daytona Beachcombers scholarship for his combined academic and athletic accomplishments. Dr. Fabian attended Florida State University where he participated in the undergraduate research opportunity program involving research in a graduate molecular biology laboratory and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and minors in chemistry and business. Immediately following graduation, Dr. Fabian was accepted to the prestigious University of Florida College of Dentistry, where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree.

Dr. Fabian has rigorously pursued continuing dental education since his graduation, having acquired training with Invisalign, Botox, dermal fillers, non-surgical endodontics, and dental implant surgery. He is intent on bringing innovative 3D printing technology to the forefront of his dental practice, such as creating implant placement surgical guides, dentures, partials, and bite guards in a single day. He is also affiliated with several dental organizations, including American Dental Association (ADA), Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), Florida Dental Association (FDA), West Coast District Dental Association and the American Association of Endodontists (AAE).
