Dr. Hoang graduated from the University of California, San Francisco School of Dentistry in 2000. He conductedfurther training in dental implants from the well-known Misch International Implant Institute in 2003 . Dr. Hoang also received extensive training in dental implants at the California Academy of Implant Dentistry, and served on the Advisory Board of the San Diego Implant Study Club. Dr. Hoang graduated from Progressive Orthodontics in 2005, and is certified invisalign provider. Dr. Hoang is also a member of the San Diego Cerec Study Club.He is an active member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and currently serves on the peer review committee for the California Dental Association.

Dude doing my cleaning put a dirty blue paper on me with blood on it, he changed it out when he realized it was dirty. On top of that, my sealants came off the next day, so I returned to get them redone. They then came off within the next three days, I've never had this happen anywhere else. I switched over and haven't had the same problem.

As someone who absolutely despises the dentist, Dr. Nguyen did the impossible and made a dentist visit actually enjoyable. Walked through the procedures with me before hand,took care of my concerns and really seemed to care about my experience and health. 6/5 stars

Avoid Dr. Andy Hoang DDS. This dentist overcharges and tried to upsell me on unnecessary dental work. He is a smooth talker and quite arrogant.

I don't like giving negative reviews, but I have been getting the run around from their finance department for weeks now about a refund due. Every time I call they say they will return my call and when do they do it? Never. Ever. I figured that getting a refund is as simple as when I made a payment. I guess I was wrong. Very wrong.

COVID Safety: I really love the safety they take to make sure everyone stays healthy. I was nervous to come to the dentist in a pandemic so I called ahead and asked them a bunch of questions about what safety procedures they take to make sure patients do not get sick; they took the time to explain things to me. Basically you check in then wait in your car until you are called to come inside. As of today (12-30-21) they also do let some patients sit in the waiting room but you have to wear a mask. A mask has to be worn all the time except for when they tell you it is okay to take it off (for x-rays and dental cleaning). Experience: the front desk staff and all employees are super nice and helpful. I really like this dentist office. For a cleaning today I was in and out in 40 minutes.

I went to this office as a new patient. They did x rays and exam and told me I had 5 cavities and needed a deep clean and it was going to cost around 740 dollars with insurance. I told them I couldn't afford all that and had the dentist fill i think 3 of the 5 supposed cavities and would have to come back another time for rest. I left the office very confused and decided to get a second opinion. This dentist took x rays did a cleaning and did an exam and said there were 0 cavities. I basically feel like I got scammed and will be contacting my insurance to see what can be done. I contacted my insurance and they investigated my complaint and it was determined that escondido dental tried to rip me off. Stay away from this place. They will try to charge you for serviced you don't need..

I went on Friday and was seen by Dr.Nguyen I was having so much pain and needed a root canal done he was able to do it same day I thought it was going to hurt but he was so good that it didn't I did not feel any pain, the whole staff was awesome.

Dr. Nguyen and his staff are great. Dr. Nguyen is very compassionate, caring and thorough. He first walks you thru the procedure step by step, helping you feel calm & relaxed. Their Dental hygienist Phat has the touch of silk.

Dr. Nguyen and everyone on his staff are wonderful. Because of not having insurance for years and really bad anxiety with dentists, I was really apprehensive about coming in but I'm so glad I chose this office. From the front desk, to the dental assistant, to Dr. Nguyen, to the billing person, everyone was very kind, professional, patient and helpful. I didn't feel judged or rushed at any point and although it was only an initial exam, it was very thorough. The office is very clean and you can tell everyone is committed to a high level of safety and health despite it being a literal pandemic.

Escondido Dental Group is awesome. They are friendly, informative, and caring, with modern technology in the office. Dr. Nguyen is gentle and takes time to answer your questions/offer useful, practical solutions. The front desk staff is kind and efficient, and Phat, one of the dental hygienists, is personable, patient, and proactive in finding ways to educate you to help you better with oral hygiene. Great job, guys!

Got my front teeth crown today with Dr. Quaiser. She helps me match the color of my crowns with the color of my natural teeth so perfectly. Love it. Thanks to Dr. Quaiser and her staff. They do an excellent job. Recommended.
