From humble beginnings and raised with a strong work ethic and sense of obligation, Dr. Escobar realized his dream of practicing dentistry in northern Nevada. His parents immigrated to Reno in the early 1970s, his mother from Mexico and father from El Salvador. Through hard work and sacrifice,Dr. Escobarsparents provided the opportunity for him to excel academically and be accepted to the University of Nevada, Reno, where he pursued a degree in science.
Upon graduating from UNR, Dr. Escobar attended the University of Michigan School of Dentistry where in 2004 he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.). He was also awarded the prestigious Comprehensive Care Award. After graduating from dental school, he worked as an instructor and clinical dentist at the University of Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine. Following successful completion of his dental boards, Dr. Escobar moved back to Reno. In October 2010, as a result of many years of hard work and sacrifice, Dr. Escobar realized his dream of owning his own practice in Midtown Reno. He is passionate about his practice and the community where he was raised.
The team of Registered DentalHygienists, Dental Assistants and Administrators at Escobar Family Dentistry have been serving patients dental needs for years. Their friendly nature and professionalism are great assets to the practice and a major reason why our patients keep coming back.

From front office all the way back, this is the first dentist's office I've enjoyed in my life. The office is clean and the exam areas are comfortable. I've had scaling of my bottom teeth and some drastic extractions in advance of a full top denture, which I received today. Dr. Escobar and his staff have quieted my fears, answered all my questions, and done an outstanding job with the denture I very much needed. I'm actually looking forward to my next cleaning. I couldn't recommend this dentist office more highly.

I absolutely love Dr. Escobar and his staff! I never EVER have to wait for my appointment, there's always parking, and the appointments always go fast. Dr. Escobar is friendly and charismatic, I would never switch dentists! Billing is simple and the checkout process takes 15 seconds. Thank you for an amazing experience every time.

Been coming here since Lambert had the practice. Escobar is awesome, really great staff and they will work with you, if you don't have insurance. Well worth it!

The best . The hygienists are all professional, knowledgeable and kind. Dr Escobar is open, honest and compassionate. He explains procedures thoroughly and is always willing to sit and answer questions. The office and exam rooms are clean quiet and have the most up to date technology. Highly recommend

There are not enough good words to say about Dr. Escobar and his dedicated team of professionals. I have been driving from California to Dr. Escobar's office in Reno for many years now. Every member of his staff is warm, friendly, and committed to providing an unsurpassed quality of care. I always feel I am a top priority whenever I have an appointment. For over 20 years I have had Dental difficulties. Dr. Escobar sits down with me at each visit to address my worries. He is always sensitive to my issues and concerns and I never feel rushed. During my most recent routine visit, and unexpected issue arose and each person in Dr. Escobar's office stayed late to help me. I have an unwavering confidence in him and all members of his practice. Beyond that, however, nothing compares to the knowledge that they care for me and my dental needs as if they were their own. Little is more valuable or important to a patient than that. I would unhesitatingly recommend Dr. Escobar to anyone in search of an excellent dentist.

Everyone at this office is friendly and cheerful. Staff working at the front desk have always been very helpful with billing and insurance issues. The hygienists provide thorough cleanings and take every effort to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Dr. Escobar is a great dentist, super quality work and very skilled at managing pain. I highly recommend them.

My hygienist was very kind and gentle. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to the dentist and she definitely had a calming demeanor. The waiting was clean and tidy. Dr. Escobar introduced himself to me and spent a few moments before and after he evaluated my teeth getting to know me as I person. I will be back for sure!

Dr. Escobar is amazing, very professional and skilled with his technique. Would absolutely recommend his services; plus he uses nitrous oxide which helps tremendously with the anxiety i experience at the dentist.

Wonderful experience! I would highly recommend this Dentist and his office. Everyone was friendly, the hygienist was thorough and gentle. Most importantly I felt like the dentist has my best interest in mind, over the income generated! Thankful to have a trust worthy and great dentists office!!
