Tammy received her associates degree in applied science from Virginia Western Community College. She has been a full-time dental hygienist for over 35 years. She joined our team in 1997 and enjoys providing patients with the most current treatment modalities to maximize their oral health. Her primary goal is developing positive patient experiences, as well as educating each patient on their dental needs.
Kristy grew up in the coal mining mountains of Tazewell County, Virginia. She graduated from Wytheville Community College in 1998 with an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene. Kristy is so passionate about dentistry, she reads dental articles for fun! She is a self proclaimed dental nerd! She enjoys attending continuing education classes, staying up to date on current trends and dental research. In 2017 she became certified to give local anesthesia, a skill that was not part of her initial hygiene degree.
Aileen joined our team in February 2021. She brings over ten years of experience to our office. She loves helping our patients and greets them with the most welcoming smile. She loves helping people feel comfortable and happy.
Originally from Abington, Massachusetts, she moved to Virginia in 1999. Meg joined our team in January 2021. Started as a dental assistant in 2001 after finishing high school. She attended Virginia Western Community College in their first dental assistant program. Meg enjoys working on crowns and bleaching trays. The happiest moment is when a patient regains their smile back.
She has a passion for restoring teeth and the confidence it gives her patients. Sami plans on furthering her education to become a dental hygienist. Sami enjoys doing photography, traveling with her fiance, Dakota and spending time with her nephew, Silas.
Kelly joined our team in November 2020. She was a dental assistant for over 20 years. She has worked in General and Periodontal Dentistry as a front desk coordinator. Fast moving some fifteen years later, she still enjoys helping patients and achieving a healthy and happy smile.
Sara is the newest member of our team. Starting June 2021. Originally from Stillwater, Oklahoma (Go Pokes). She brings over sixteen years of experience in Oral Surgery and General Dentistry. Sara treasures the relationships she makes with her patients. She enjoys helping patients understand procedures and benefits.
Sara enjoys spending time with family and friends at her pool, soaking in the sun. She loves animals and has two dogs, Coco and Chewy. Sara is the owner of a local boutique, Golden Bees Boutique LLC. You can also find Sara involved with her daughters cheerleading activities.

I am 78 and have been to many dentists, some who should not have been, and Dr. E is the best. Never any pain, always considerate and helpful anyway he can. His staff and hygienist are the best! Thank you Dr.E.

I cannot say enough good things. They gave me my smile back. All of the staff are great and kind, Knowledgeable and non-judgemental. They were able to get me in quickly. I truly appreciate this office and everyone who works here and will never go anywhere else for dental needs!

Dr. Eschenbach is a great dentist, he will do what is necessary to make his patients feel comfortable. I had what I considered an emergency, Dr. Eschenbach let me come in the same day, worked on my tooth until it looked like nothing ever happened which caused him to stay later than usual. What he did with my tooth that broke off at the gum, I didn't think was possible (IT WAS LIKE HE PERFORMED MAGIC). Dr. Eschenbach is absolutely the best dentist that I have seen since I moved to Roanoke. He and his staff are very friendly and they remember you, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to this office because I know they would be getting the best care possible. I cant THANK YOU enough for being so patient and kind to me.
