The first person you speak to really sets the vibe of the office, Michelle at the front desk is incredibly kind and compassionate. I can't say enough good things about her. I saw Dr. Yonchak at the Middletown office and he was very kind, gentle & knowledgeable. Honestly if you need a root canal book here. Barely any discomfort, very easy. If I could have all my dental procedures here, I would. 10/10, definitely recommend!

Obtuse behavior! The receptionist is especially rude and condescending. It was as if I were persona non grata. I was treated as if I were a peasant.
