Dr. Fontenot and her staff are amazing! They're professional and so very kind. It's like visiting a spa at the dentist office-the music, aromatherapy, and other perks are a treat. I love going to my dentist!

I don't care for dentistry because of a previous bad experience. However, it is an essential part of life. Erin Fontenot's staff was very professional and considerate and took the time to make me feel comfortable. Today was the first time I had a session with Dr. Fontenot. She was through and very concerned about my comfort and made sure I was satisfied, and that was a plus for me. I would definitely recommend her services. They deal with different insurance companies and for patients that don't have insurance, there are various options for payments. They also explain the procedures and give you the prices and quotes in writing. You can easily see the business from the highway and it's handicap accessible.

New to Louisiana and was referred to Dr. Fontenot. Thorough examination and cleaning. The environment is more like a spa than a dentist office. Very nice and relaxing. Haven't had such a thorough cleaning in years. Staff very professional and pleasant. Every detail of my treatment plan was explained with costs associated. No surprises. Couldn't be happier.

They are so state of art with their exams. Whole staff was great in all areas...office, hygienist, to Dr. fontenot. Glad they're my dentist

I had a root canal a build up on my left eye tooth. They wanted me to 4 new teeth across the front. I asked to understand the procedure more before doing it. I went in met with and decided to just do the root canal. Less than 6 months the root canal didn't take and the crown build up broke off in my mouth. Total waste of $1,200. I also received a $225 bill for my 5 min visit to understand the procedure. They are money hungry and do not care about the patient or what's right and wrong. Stay away from this group ***Your response back indicates you have NO RECORD of me as a patient but I sure $225 on my Credit Report. So, how can that happen? I'll remove my review, if you send me a letter indicating that I don't owe the practice $225. Can we agree to that?

I had an afternoon dental appointment with Dr Fontenot on February 15, 2022 at 12:30. The crown procedure took a little longer than expected, because her staff was determined to get everything perfect. I appreciated the staff's persistence in making everything as near perfect as it could possibly be. The extra 30 minutes it took to get it right was absolutely appreciated. Thank you Dr E. Horrible. I discussed prior to my visit that I had insurance and I wanted to know my options prior to anything. They told me it would be a consultation and there should be no charge. $225 has been sent to collections for a 10min consultation to discuss options. Billed my insurance. My insurance was already maxed so they billed me directly, I guess. BS.

Always a positive experience. The entire team from hygienist to receptionist are pleasant. They treat you as though you are family. Dr Erin is thorough in explaining everything step by step and so is her as her team. I had a crown repaired last year with a new one and it is beautiful and perfect. Her office is very chic and relaxing. I love her entire team of professionals. May God continue to bless them all.

I had been with Dr. George Billeaud for over 25 years. I had always felt that I was among friends. When he retired, and Dr. Fontenot took over, I felt nervous about how I would be treated. When I walked in the first time, I was treated like a long list friend, they were so happy to see me. I was very impressed with their professional, friendly manner. They went out of their way to make sure that I was relaxed and comfortable.

Dr. Erin made time to see me after my tooth was hit and knocked loose in an accident while working at home. She softened my bite so that the bottom tooth was not touching the tooth that had been hit, this made a world of difference. I was seeing stars each time I closed my mouth, but with just a little grinding at the correct spot, Dr. Erin was able to soften my bite and the stars went away. I cannot recommend Dr. Erin and her staff highly enough.
