Always a clean office, hygienist and dentist are always friendly, front desk can be hit or miss. My daughter has her first real cavity filling as we speak and they are doing great to make sure she is comfortable and distracted by Netflix and Bluetooth headphones.

Been coming here for years with both of our boys. Staff is very friendly and professional. Doctor takes her time to go over everything in detail. Boys feel comfortable here. No long wait times either.

After my child's appointment and after they had taken payment for a future treatment, they told me that my child had been referred to a general dentist at the last visit. If that was true, why did they see him today?

Waited almost 2 months for my son's appointment only to get canceled 2 days before they see him and it happened twice! Now they want us to wait until another month.

I showed up today for my 3 year olds appointment and I provided them with my new insurance card. I was turned away because I was told it requires 48 hours to verify insurances mind you this was an appointment that was booked two months in advance. If they have a policy of verifying insurance before patients come in for appointments and if someone would have done their job and verified my insurance they would have seen that it had termed. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Don't even bother. This place was supposed to be OK. Seems that it going downhill. Poor management and scheduling. Something is not right. Find another dentist.

We've been going to this office since my teenagers were little and over the last year, they've had a total change in staff for front desk, hygienists and even the dentists! Haven't seen Dr. Erika or Dr. Frank Pettinato. Something isn't right here. I don't like only giving this office 1 star but the level of care isn't what it used to be. Plus, lots of other dissatisfied patients in the reviews. Time to find a new dentist :(

We have been going here since 2014. As of today our appointments have canceled 4 times since March 2020. Excuse after excuse. We do like the dentist which is why we kept trying. We are now done. Just not professional and extremely disappointing.

Have been bringing my son here for several years. Outstanding staff lead by an awesome family. It's all about the kids here with lots of praise and encouragement. Most kids (and adults) hate going to the dentist, but my son actually looks forward to it! Today he told me "it's fun going to the dentist"! Never thought I would hear that!

I hate writing a bad review but you really should not bring your kids here. Yes there are some nice people that work here but that only counts so much. Their TVs and games in the waiting area have been broken for months. Wait times can exceed 1.5 hours past appointment time. They are obviously confused and under very poor management. Office needs updating and cleaning. Staff needs to learn better proactive communication. It's not the same place it once was and is unlikely to change anytime soon. Just go elsewhere.

We started bringing our two boys here in the fall of 2017 and Dr. Erica and Dr. Frank were amazing! They went out of their way to help my boys and correct some issues they had with their teeth. However, in the last 2 years this dentist office has gone incredibly far downhill. The office staff is rude, unfriendly, and does not communicate well with the parents of their patients. No one in the office staff smiles or welcomes you when you arrive - for a children's dentist it's a very sad atmosphere. My sons have been waiting 18 months to get into the dentist office and every appointment continues to get canceled for different reasons. Now the office only does teeth cleanings twice a week, one weekday and Saturday. For families where parents work Monday-Friday and kids go to school, we now get to spend our Saturday waiting for our kids to get their teeth cleaned. It's tough to give this dentist a 2-star review because the dentists are AMAZING, but the office staff is just unwelcoming.
