Dr Low and his staff are really nice. My daughter had to see him when she was 12 and Dr Low did a great job of putting her at ease and explaining the procedure to us.

My tooth #2 was root canal about 7 years ago and recently checked it was fractured, I have to extract it. My son Dr. Clark Chen referred me to Dr. Erik to extract it. And I was amazed by how each surgical procedure went; smoothly and painlessly with no complications. Post surgery he even called to check in and see how I was doing. I highly recommend Dr. Low.

It's been one week since I had pocket reduction surgery and it's been a great experience. Dr. Low makes sure you are comfortable and understand the whole process. I'm happy my dentist referred me to him. The whole office gives great quality care.

I had a gum graft procedure done there. Dr Erik Low was super gentle and informative, guiding me through the entire process, setting expectations for what to expect for each step. I found him to he very understanding, gentle and helpful. Everyone there treated me very well. The office seemed newly renovated and very clean. There is a park next to the office where my kids and spouse could play during my appointments. The Google directions did guide me to a back street behind the office. Turn on Hollenbeck instead of where Google tells you to go (on a back street parallel to Hollenbeck).

Dr. Low and his team are fantastic. I have extreme anxiety around dental visits and dreaded all of the work that needed to be done when I started seeing Dr. Low 2 years ago. The calm friendly demeanor and understanding approach to my anxiety have helped me to reach a place where I no longer panic at the thought of going to a dental appointment. Dr. Low was always happy to answer any questions and made sure that I understood what was happening and why. He's been doing this work for decades yet is still excited and passionate about what he does. His staff is so friendly and kind as well. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Erik and his team have totally raised the bar for standard of care. I got a gum graft here and also go for regular cleanings now, including care for a recent abscess. I seriously can't go anywhere else because they are so incredibly skilled, thorough, and most of all kind. Veronica is the absolutely best at adjusting for comfort levels, and Dr. Erik has excellent bedside manner and explains things really well before, during, and after surgery. My dental insurance really sucks but I still come back here because it's worth it. Pro Tip: Google Maps steers you to a weird residential area, which I found out is in fact right behind their office -- you just have to cross through the gap in the walls and head through the parking lot. It's really confusing at first, but at least gets you there the fastest?! Lol.

Needed an implant for a crown. He did a great job. Explained everything. Took plenty of time to check and make sure things were meeting my expectations. Would definitely recommend him.

I had a procedure done by Dr. Erik Low. He was meticulous and explained every step in advance, as well as what to expect afterwards and how to care for myself. The staff was friendly and well organized. I had concerns about having a procedure during the Covid pandemic, but was reassured by the measures implemented in the office, from common sense mandatory masks and temperature taking, to medical grade air filters.

Had a Gum Graft from Dr. Erik Low. He and his team were nothing but kind the entire process and the graft was a great success. I would recommend him for any gum work you need and would come back to him if I need any more myself!

I saw Dr. Howard Low to get his opinion on my bone loss prior to orthodontic treatment. Dr. Low was warm, informative, and conservative in terms of prescribing treatment. He described all my options (deep cleaning, surgery) and explained his recommendation. After a deep cleaning, he extracted my wisdom teeth in preparation for the orthodontic treatment. The extraction surgery felt so comfortable that I had a hard time telling when he actually pulled each tooth. Recovery was easier than I expected. I felt briefly queasy on the first or second day, and the impacted areas felt sore for a couple days. I didn't need painkillers or ibuprofen. I don't have a similar experience to compare to, but I have to think Dr. Low's years of experience contributed to my comfort. For the deep cleanings, his hygienists Veronica and Glowe made me super comfortable. They gave me options in terms of level of numbness and whether I wanted them to clean me with the high-frequency buzzy thing or manual scraping, and they checked in with me several times during the procedure. Veronica gave me some tips that changed how I brush and floss my teeth every day. Prior to the tooth extraction, Julia pulled my insurance info and made it clear how much insurance would cover versus what I would pay. I find that stuff complex and boring so I'm grateful she made it simple. I highly recommend Dr. Low and his staff.

Another outstanding job by Dr. Low. This appointment was for extraction of the four bottom front teeth and insertion of two implant posts. Because of bone loss around these teeth, there was no a priori certainty that the implants could be successfully emplaced, but Dr. Low succeeded in doing so using bone grafts. The actual surgery went smoothly - hooray for sedation - and 18 hours later there is very little discomfort. To my layman's eye, the surgical site looks very good, and I anticipate no downstream problems. And Dr. Low called me the next morning to make sure I was recovering OK. Such personalized service is why I've been returning to Dr. Low for over 25 years...he truly cares.
