I've been coming to Erie Family Dentistry for about 5 years now, and they are great. Dr. Timlin is friendly and professional. He's done an excellent job on my crown and fillings I've needed over the years. I highly recommend my dentist!

Thought this was a reasonable place to go. Until they showed their greedy, unreasonable side. Tried doing the right thing by re-scheduling my appointment due to coming down with a cold the day of my appointment. Instead of helping, they immediately charged me a late cancellation fee even though I could have just shown up sick instead. Arguing that I didn't give them 24 hour notice...yes, because it's so predictable when you will get sick... If you don't pay their ridiculous, BS late cancellation fee or things out of your control, then they threaten to send debt collectors after you. I Will be finding a new dentist.

I have been getting my teeth cleaned here for over 2 years now. Driving from both Boulder and Denver to be seen. Scott Timlin's exceptional care really makes me feel like family. I had an emergency dental procedure, root canal, done in my hometown state of Michigan in the middle of COVID and Scott was able to move his schedule around to fit me for a permanent crown and finish the job. Cannot recommend to is place enough! I look forward to all of my visits.

Staff is friendly and on point. Take care of there patients well. Dentist has a vast knowledge and answers all questions. They care tremendously about their patients and well being. Recommend this practice to anyone.
