I was terrified to get my root canal done. The procedure was much quicker than I anticipated. I have yet to have any pain and this is the day after. Dr. Erickson was very reassuring. Him and Chrystal made conversation during the procedure as a way to get my mind off things. Everyone was super nice and professional. They made things fun and light, which was helpful in easing my anxiety.

I was apprehensive to have my root canal done, as you would expect. My wonderful Dentist Dr. Odland from Plaza Dental Group referred me to Dr. Erickson and assured me he was excellent. After my visit today I concur. From the time I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Jill at the front desk. We had a great conversation that helped ease my nerves. Then I met Crystal who chatted me up and made me feel comfortable. Dr Erickson had a wonderful and professional personality. He has a light touch and he moved quickly and efficiently. I left with little to no pain and quicker than expected. I highly recommend this group of professionals. Their customer service skills and bedside manner went above and beyond. I was given someone's cell phone number in case I had any issues while they were closed. They are closed on Wednesday Saturday and Sunday. When I get a personal number because they are concerned for my well being on their off hours says so much about this business. Thank you for the positive experience.

Excellent customer service. The receptionist was very friendly which made the experience very enjoyable. Dr. Erickson made the visit very comfortable and painless.

Simply amazing is all I can say . I am terrified of anything teeth related but this was a great experience and phenomenal place for a root canal they really helped me through my anxiety and were very gentle from start to finish I was able to go about my day after the procedure. Thanks for helping and getting my tooth out of pain !!!

The best root canal you'll ever have. Every single staff member I talked to was so kind and comforting. As someone who's terrified of dental work, they were very gentle and understanding (even when I got so anxious I threw up lol). The dentist and his assistant were so talkative and funny, they completely distracted me from what they were doing in my mouth. I left happy and with little to no pain the next day. They're so good it almost makes you want to get another root canal just to come back!

Dr Erickson and his team welcomed me into their office when I had an emergency, and helped me immediately. Quick and painless, can't believe I just had a root canal!

Several years ago I saw Ty Erickson for a root canal. I then developed facial swelling several days later. Unfortunately that all happened on a Saturday, during football season, and the Hawkeyes we're playing at home. My phone call was not returned until the FOLLOWING DAY.... Needless to say, I had no interest in anything he had to offer me and I told him so! He proceeded to tell me he was " entitled to have a life" too. To which I replied, "yes you do, AFTER your patients are taken care of". Never will I, or a family member, sit in his dental chair again.

I had a root canal done yesterday morning. I can hardly believe that I'm even writing this... everyone at Erickson Endodontics was amazing and extremely considerate! From Jill at the front desk to Lisa and Dr Erikson- they were all extremely helpful with my high anxieties at dentist offices. I would recommend them 1 million times over!!! Thank you for your patience and quick, gentle work!!! I appreciate you all so much!!!!

Such a great experience. From Jill at the front desk all the way back to Dr Erickson and his amazing assistant, every part of this was a pleasurable and positive experience. I had one of these done years ago and was expecting it to take a while and hurt like crazy and this was so much better with no pain and faster than I could have imagined. These folks are true professionals and I would recommend them hands down for any endodontic work. Thank you everyone!

My dentist sent me here to get a root canal therapy done on one of my back molars and they can't get me in for over a month! Absolutely unacceptable

I had a really bad root canal and was able to get in the same day. Dr. Erickson did a great job and double checked to make sure he had it done perfectly so I won't have any problems in the future. He also did a great job explaining everything and making sure I understood exactly what was going on. The staff is also extremely nice and pleasant and his assistant was very knowledgeable and made the experience very comfortable.

NOT THAT BAD - If a root canal could be a pleasurable experience, it would be here. As "everyone" says, it really isn't all that bad ... but it's still a root canal :) Others can get right back to work after the procedure - I had to rest for a night, but everyone reacts differently post-op. Once the meds wear off, a tylenol worked fine for me as suggested. I found Dr Erickson and his team on google due to proximity and most importantly, they took my insurance. Staff is small, experienced, well-trained, and confident. I had to leave the country for vacation and they were able to squeeze me in within the week due to a cancellation (as you can imagine people tend to put off their appointments often) but I still lucked out. As a violinist, every master craftsman to me has a "power rhythm" in how they execute their work and Dr Erickson was exemplary. Start to finish for the procedure was well timed, showing his extensive experience and skill - especially when he checked to see if I was okay and during the few bursts of unavoidable pain when applying anesthesia. I'm a fan of soft rock, or "oldies" as they are now referred to, when I'm in the mood and being that Dr Erickson is a big fan, it was strangely comforting to listen to during the procedure
