Dr. Sample was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas. After graduating from Monterey High school, Dr. Sample attended Texas Tech University where she received her B.S. in Biology in 1993. She then completed her dental studies at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas in 1998. After receiving her D.D.S., Dr. Sample continued her post-graduate training in orthodontics at NOVA Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida completing her orthodontic residency in 2000.
Holly likes to shop, watch Netflix and hangout with her husband and friends on the boat! On the water is her happy place. She LOVES her doodle fur babies and often fosters doodle pups looking for their furever homes! Saving those babies is her passion!

I recommend Dr. Sample to the fullest! I have known her for many years and I can truly say she is one of the most compassionate people I know. She is extremely detail-oriented and precise in her work. Her office is beautiful and her staff are just as nice as she is! My son has also visited her and he now has a beautiful smile to show for it! Thank you Dr Sample!!!

Dr. Sample is smart, honest, friendly and an expert in her field. We feel comfortable and confident that we are getting the best care and making the right decisions. She has put both my girls in braces and we are so happy with the results. You cannot go wrong working with Dr. Sample and her staff is so nice and accommodating as well. Such a wonderful experience.

She has been amazing, kind, attentive, answered all our questions. Her staff is very kind also. All around such an amazing office, beautifully decorated also. My daughters said "she is awesome"

Dr Sample and her staff are amazing!!! My daughter has cerebral palsy and a lot of apprehension about getting braces... Dr Sample and her staff are so patient with her and made her feel so comfortable!!! I definitely love it here!!! Definitely recommend for all ortho needs!!!
