Dr. Ericka Klein was raised in South Florida and graduated from Florida State University. She came to the area to attend Temple University School of Dentistry, where she was on Deans List for academic achievement. A strong believer in continuing education, Dr. Klein has completed a number of courses in cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, endodontics (root canal), dental material, and restorative dentistry. She has also trained at the world renowned Pankey Institute for advanced dentistry and the Spear Center for dental education. Dr. Klein is a member of several local study clubs and national associations. Dr. Klein, a resident of Radnor Township, is committed to providing her patients with personalized care and state-of-the-art dentistry.
Dr. Jamie Lowstetter was raised in Tallahassee, Florida. She completed her undergraduate degree at The University of Florida, and attended dental school at The University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated with honors. After dental school, Dr. Lowstetter continued her training by completing a General Practice Residency at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Philadelphia. She is also a member of a number of local and professional dental organizations, and has completed additional training in cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, endodontic treatment and implant dentistry. Outside of the office, Dr. Lowstetter is an avid sports fan, and enjoys exploring all that Philadelphia has to offer.
Joan became a dental assistant by learning on the job in 1999. She enjoys being involved with all new technologies as they have developed and become available. She loves working with a team that is always willing to help out. She enjoys meeting new patients that come into the office. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, college football and spending time with her family.
Charlotte happily joined our team in May 2011. She obtained her dental hygiene degree from Manor College in 2006 and continue to broaden her skills through various continuing education courses. Charlotte enjoy spending time with her two girls and husband, travelling and cooking.
As a graduate from Penn Dental Hygiene and Thomas Jefferson University, I have been practicing for 35 years. I have been adjunct faculty at Harcum College in Bryn Mawr, Pa as clinical instructor since 1991. I live in Wayne, Pa, have two beautiful daughters and enjoy cooking, reading and doing puzzles in my spare time. I continue to enjoy caring for and communicating with my patients on a daily basis in order to make a positive impact in their lives!
Candice is the treatment coordinator and social media expert for the practice. Alongside running the front desk of the practice Candice graduated from Kaplan institute in 2010 and holds her dental assistant and xray certification license. She greets everyone with a smile and is happy to help anyone. Outside of the office Candice enjoys football, shopping, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Had a cleaning today, I'm also an adult orthodontic patient which meant that the hygienist had to maneuver around my dental hardware. She was thorough, her touch was light (as my teeth are sensitive) she polished and even flossed at the end. I told her she didn't have to floss because it takes more time with the braces, she said, "Oh, I don't mind." I appreciate her attention to detail. Thanks for a great cleaning!!!

I called regarding a worrisome anomaly. Dr. Klein managed to see me within 3 hours, and directed me to the safest plan for correcting the problem quickly and safely. 2 months later: while flossing last night, I lost a major filling; I called the very next morning and got a 10am appointment with her new co-Dentist. In an hour all was beautifully repaired!!

She is a TOP DOCTOR voted on in Mainline magazine so that says it all. I have come to Dr. K for 15 years. Notice that she has additional qualifications above typical Dentists (DMD and PC). Professional group, clean office and facilities etc. So strong in people skills, patient, never any wait in waiting room. Her additional staff is A Plus.

Dr. Lowstetter was amazing. She was able to diagnose my dental problem that my previous dentist could not discover. She was able to do this quickly and painlessly. Dr. Lowstetter laid out exactly how the procedure and future visits would go in a professional and friendly manner. The front desk is very polite and the dental assistant Marcie, was as conscientious as well. Highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Klein is amazing ! As are her staff. From the front desk to cleaning to dental work to whatever, every experience exceeds our expectations. For example, Ericka was able to take care of my wife and my urgent concerns and even made special efforts to have my partial repaired within hours. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful dentist and her team.
