Holly joined our office in December of 2011. She holds a Master of Arts Degree in Education. She's the financial analyst for the practice with a focus on patient correspondence and marketing. She is currently the Executive Secretary for the Berkshire District Dental Society Continuing Education program as well as a member of the American Association of Dental Office Management. She resides in Lenox with her husband Michael and their son Grayson.

Margaretmary leads our clinical team with regular in-office trainings. She also focuses on infection control and prevention. All of our staff members are trained in accordance with HIPAA, OSHA & CDC standards. Our entire team regularly hosts and attends continuing education courses as well as periodontal meetings.

Mary earned her Associates degree in dental hygiene from Hudson Valley Community College in Troy, New York. After working in general dentistry, she joined the periodontal practice of Stuart H. Sandrew in 1984. She has been working with Dr. Schmidt since he opened his practice in 2011.

Heather has specialized in periodontal maintance since 2006 and joined Dr. Schmidt in 2011. She earned her Associate's Degree in dental hygiene from Hudson Valley Community College located in Troy, New York. She is CPR certified and received her permit L for admistering local anesthesia in 2016 from Quinsigamond Community College.

Shay graduated from Hudson Valley Community College in 2008 and received my license to administer local anesthesia from Mount Ida in 2011. She is also CPR/AED certified. Shay joined Dr. Schmidt's practices in 2012. She is licensed to administer local anesthesia.

Beginning her career working in pediatric and general dentistry, Lauren joined the periodontal field with us in fall of 2018 as a surgical assistant and works exclusively treatment planning with Dr. Schmidt. She lives in the Berkshires with her sweet dog, Callie.

Tiffany joined our practice in 2020 and focuses on billing and dental insurance. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in Business Management and manages our in house front-end operations.

Allie joined our team as a lead surgical assistant for Dr. Schmidt. She graduated from the McCann Technical School Dental Assistant Program in 2019. Allie has worked in both general dentistry and oral surgery prior to joining us in 2021. She's most interested in assisting Dr. Schmidt with hybrid cases.

Dr. Schmidt moved to the Berkshires and joined Dr. Sandrew's practice in June 2011. Originally from Avon, CT he received his bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, specifically cell and tissue engineering from the University of Rochester with honors in 2004. From there, he returned to Connecticut where he earned his dental training from the University of Connecticut in 2008. Dr. Schmidt continued his education by again returning to Rochester. At the University of Rochester Eastman Institute of Oral Health, he received his Certificate in Periodontology and Dental Implants. Through all of this training he has had the support of his wife Jackie and three children, Kylie, Cole and Adleigh.

Dr. Shah is a native of the Berkshires and grew up in Lenox, Massachusetts. He completed his training in Periodontology from New York University after completing both his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Dentistry Degree from Boston University. He is well grounded in the newest technological advances in the dental field, including computer guided implant placement and treatment. Dr. Shah resides in the Berkshires with his wife, Krishma.
